On tirz I get full after a few bites and feel hungry less often. On reta the appetite effect feels weaker. I still notice an empty feeling and wander to the fridge, but nothing appeals so I skip eating. Someone else put it as tirz suppresses appetite while reta makes food unappealing. I can't explain why, and tirz seems stronger, yet reta shows better trial results. No idea why.
I have a couple of questions about reta that have been on my mind. Quick background - I'm completely new to this, only about 5 weeks in, and have never used any other peptides. So I've been looking into a few things that don't add up for me. I keep seeing claims that once-weekly dosing works better than splitting. That doesn't line up with the pharmacokinetics though. The trials used weekly shots for convenience and because of the roughly six-day half-life, but I don't see why that would outperform splitting. There's a threshold around 2 mg, so anything above that should work. Splitting would just smooth out the peaks and valleys while keeping the same average exposure over the week.
