Retatrutide doesn't handle food noise very effectively. Tirzepatide works much better for that.
I've been taking retatrutide for a couple months at 1.5 mg twice weekly. The main goal was better control over binge eating and bulimia rather than weight loss, and it worked really well until the past two weeks when the old patterns returned and I stopped feeling satisfied after meals. I still eat enough during the day but end up binging at night anyway. I'm thinking of adding cagrilintide at 0.25 mg alongside each retatrutide dose. Would that be a reasonable starting point or should I try just one dose per week instead? Will it take a few weeks before I notice the difference the way it did with retatrutide?
