The numbers you gave don't add up and that probably shows where the mistake happened. It also suggests this wasn't your first time at whatever dose you actually received. Sixty milligrams in one millilitre means point two five millilitres equals fifteen milligrams. The decimals are important.
I never expected this but somehow gave myself 30 mg. Still can't figure out exactly how. Seventeen hours later appetite is low so I'm nibbling small amounts, drinking plenty, and feeling tired though the weather may be part of that. I tried 22.5 mg once with no extra effect so stayed at 15 mg after 70 weeks total. Has anyone else taken 30 mg and been fine? I have too much to do to be laid up. The only clue is that I was tired during reconstitution, wasted one needle, and when I drew the second 2.5 ml the vial was empty. The math was one 60 mg vial plus 1 ml bac water should give four 15 mg doses, yet I ended up pulling 5 ml total.
