Hi all, hope the weekend is going well. Planning my first research project and thinking about kit size. With no experience I'm starting at 1 mg per week of Retatrutide. A 5 mg kit looks convenient at first but the mixed solution would sit longer than the usual four-week guideline. I've seen comments that this is probably fine, but I'd like to hear more views. If my dose needs to go up before finishing ten vials the injection volume could become large. A 10 mg kit would mean the solution sits for months, which seems risky. I plan to filter on mixing, but how do others handle very high-strength kits before anything starts to degrade? Once I sort this I can order the rest of the supplies.

Thanks, I'm fine starting at 1 mg and will adjust after trying it. Can you explain the aliquoting step? It would have to be after mixing because of the filler amount. Would you mix a stronger vial, divide it, then dilute the portions down before storing? A 20 mg vial split into four 5 mg ones would push the last one past four months. Is that considered acceptable? It would save money and let me make stronger concentrations later if needed.

Dose changes are very individual. Most stay on a level for four weeks then raise only if weight loss stalls or the appetite effect fades. Trial steps go 2 mg, 4 mg, 8 mg, 12 mg. I'm at 2 mg, 4 mg, 6 mg and will decide later whether to try 8 mg. Four weeks at 6 mg is still working for me.
