Hey everyone. Since January I've dropped 9 pounds of muscle. Strangely, at the end of January I ended a tough cut, increased my calories by 800, and cut back on cardio to 1.5-2 hours a week now. The main change was beginning reta at 2 mg per week. I'm confused about losing muscle even though I'm lifting weights 5-6 days weekly and following a clean eating plan. Body fat rose from 10 % to 14 %, so why the big muscle drop? Any research out there showing reta reduces how well nutrients get absorbed?
