Dosing for Mot-c, Where to start?

14 replies11 peopleJun 22, 2026β˜† Follow
Summary

Why do MOTS-c starting doses vary so much and what factors determine a good personal protocol?

Participants note that dosing ranges widely because body composition, metabolic health, age, stress levels, and fitness all affect response. Reported personal protocols include 500mcg to 3.3mg taken daily or every other day, morning or pre-bed, with some seeing workout energy and others better sleep. Several advise starting low, considering SS-31 first if older or stressed, and testing individually rather than copying others. Effects are described as a steady endurance increase rather than a stimulant rush.

Hey everyone! I'm looking into trying Mot-c since I'm pretty new to peptides and want to research first. The big question for me is why starting doses vary so much for Mot-c? I've seen everything from 200mcg a couple times a week up to 2mg before workouts. Other peptides seem to have steadier recommendations. Anyone know why that is?

You should look into this more yourself instead of asking random people online for advice on what to inject. None of us know your situation or health details so we can't recommend anything safely.

I'm going to rearrange the response details so I can work out my own starting point. Things like physical makeup and present health along with metabolism seem key when choosing an initial amount. This probably accounts for the varying information turning up in my online lookups. It makes sense to investigate the way these elements influence the quantity of the compound to decide on a suitable level for my situation. Grateful for the feedback provided 😁

From my searches online, the suggested times for using it varied a lot between early day, evening, or right before exercising. The website I rely on for info pointed to morning use, so I gave that a shot three times weekly over two weeks. Still, I missed out on the energy boost people mentioned. Switching to an hour before sleep changed things, bringing the deepest rest I've experienced, which is why I've kept up with that evening pattern 😁

This vitality comes across as a gradual steady liveliness instead of any sudden jolt. My spouse and I like calling it jaunty. We could stay active without pause if we wanted yet nothing forces that choice. It bears no resemblance to a harsh substance.

Everything hinges on your present physical condition and how your metabolism is functioning, plus your years might matter too. For those who are more advanced in age and experiencing significant pressure, beginning with a cell-repairing compound ahead of the mitochondrial duplicating peptide could be beneficial. Personally, three milligrams every second day, three instances per week right after waking, has yielded solid results for me. Reactions vary with some preferring different amounts, tied to their fitness level and how often they work out. I found an informative clip online covering Mots C worth viewing.

At 48 years old I've only been hitting the weights consistently for about half a year now, marking my initial real effort in the gym. I've begun my very first cycle using mots at one milligram per day, following a pattern of five days active and two off, taken early in the day. Since I usually train from Monday through Friday, that's when I'll administer the injections. Should everything proceed smoothly, I might bump it up by another milligram daily after a few weeks.

I consume 960 micrograms each morning ahead of my exercise routine. This supplies me with solid vigor both while training and once finished, plus it lasts all day. Still, everyone needs to test things out personally since results hinge on factors such as body makeup and mitochondrial health along with current fitness levels. It's unwise to just mimic another person's approach and anticipate identical outcomes.

People react in unique ways to these things. I began with small amounts of mots-c since a few folks mentioned sensitivity issues and site reactions happen often. Three injections weekly was my schedule, increasing from one milligram up to five. Even that low dose before training boosted my stamina and output, though results aren't the same for everyone. Completing the entire fourteen week cycle involving nr followed by ss-31 and mots-c worked for me, and I plan to store the remaining mots-c frozen.

I agree completely, nothing like that happened for me at all. It wasn't energetic or bouncy in any way. However, it did allow me to rest properly overnight, leading to better energy when morning came. In the end, that's a positive result for sure. πŸ™ŒπŸΌ

The two milligram five over two amount suits me fine. I administer the shot anywhere from thirty to sixty minutes ahead of training.

Man, I'm carrying extra weight around. Which thing should I inject first? Just messing. At first I figured I'd begin small and bump it up on alternate days. But once I realized how key my physique and general wellness really are, I'm pausing that whole idea to study up instead. Appreciate every bit of input from the crew! Hugs and kisses

I'm unsure about how to approach Mots-c honestly. I've got an entire set stored in the freezer yet remain undecided on the starting regimen. I almost settled on a smaller amount more often, like one milligram for five days followed by two off. However, after looking into Mots-c further, I feel better about using three point three milligrams on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. I was ready to begin the initial approach the next day, but now I prefer the latter option. I believe I'll try starting on Monday with three point three milligrams on alternating days and monitor the results.
