I decided to whip up a snack. I took 400 grams of Greek yogurt, added 4 scoops of salty caramel protein powder along with 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder and some vanilla essence. After freezing it, I ran it through my ice cream maker. It made for a tasty dessert that's pretty much guilt-free and packed with protein.

Mixing salty caramel whey powder with water in a glass and putting it in the freezer for half an hour or so gives something like ice cream. It melts slowly and has a bit of chew to it. Quite an interesting experience.

Chewy ice cream... I'm not sure that's something I'd want to experience, lol
