Avoided reta after hearing it can raise heart rate and stayed with tirz instead. Also noted possible anxiety links with compounds like semax. A resting heart rate of 80 bpm is not considered especially high. At age 50 it falls short of an endurance-trained younger person yet does not raise immediate concern unless the rate used to be much lower. A cardiologist visit would clarify the picture. Recently began lowering tirz dose to keep only reta; over the last two days resting heart rate fell 10-15 bpm from prior monthly averages tracked by watch.

A 24-hour halter monitor once averaged 97 bpm, viewed as high and a poorer health indicator, though it fell noticeably after 80 kg of weight loss. At age 50 an 80 bpm reading sits above average but does not appear to carry meaningful extra cardiovascular risk. Further weight loss and better fitness should bring it down.

Average around 90 bpm even before reta and now closer to 95-100. Early on reta sometimes reached a resting 120 bpm for short stretches, especially during anxiety. Blood pressure runs low. Many others also report higher heart rates on both reta and survo.

Reta left heart rate unchanged even at higher doses, whereas eloralintide appears to be lowering it. Started at 3 mg to replace 2.4 mg of cagri, which had no heart-rate impact.

Reta added roughly 10 bpm to both resting and exercise heart rates; returned to baseline within 3-4 weeks after stopping. Stacked bpc-157 with ghk-cu and felt cranky the following day, interpreting it as a rebound after an initial mood lift. No clear blood-pressure change noted. Thanks for the reply. Always viewed 80 bpm as high and noticed feeling calmer and less revved up when hypertension meds lowered pressure by 10-15 points. Appreciates the reassurance that concern may be overstated.
