Can Reta and Tesamorelin help reverse NAFLD, and what other peptides or lifestyle steps work?

Users report reversing NAFLD through Reta or Tirzepatide combined with diet and exercise. Cutting processed foods and sugars while prioritizing protein is noted as a key supporting step. No additional peptides are recommended or warned against in the thread.

I got diagnosed with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease and that's why I began using Reta and Tesamorelin. Has anyone else here managed to fix theirs, and are there other peptides that could help clear the liver or ones to stay away from?

Reta and Tesa together with diet and exercise are probably about as effective as you can get.

I've had NAFLD myself. It got reversed for me just with Tirzepatide plus exercise and diet, so adding Reta and Tesa to your diet plan ought to clear it up too since they're both known to help with NAFLD.

You've got this. By the way, I eliminated almost all processed foods and sugars, kept things simple, and made protein the priority.

I'm doing that as well. Hoping it works out well. My liver isn't happy about all the fat-capped steak I've been eating.
