I took 5g daily for some time and thought my gym strength went up overall, though I couldn't tell if that came from changing my diet and adding more carbs instead. After quitting I eventually saw I had trouble adding any weight. I restarted about a month ago and now notice I can lift a bit more, though the increase is small and as a woman I'm not after big gains. I keep wondering why so many here take it after training when I always have mine in the morning 20-30 minutes before I work out. Is there a reason post-workout timing is better?
Creatine dosing experiences with Reta and peptides

I only trust the purest form even though it costs more because it avoids that gross bloated feeling. I take around 3g every day mixed into my protein powder. On training days I have the mix right after the session and on rest days I have it after a walk or two hours before bed. It seems to aid recovery and also helps with mental clarity.
I've been thinking about beginning but concerned with the fluid buildup this might lead to.

For me it was 3-4 pounds.
For years now I've stuck with five grams each morning without missing a day. The person who gives me massages mentions seeing some change though you can judge that however you like. Recovery times seem quicker to me now.
