I thought about the extreme lengths required before I could inject my stomach area and figured that if I started then I had to see it through. The whole thing becomes simpler because of the peps. I remind myself I'm moving toward becoming someone different and noticing the changes makes the effort feel lighter each time. I keep plenty of better options ready like hard-boiled eggs or yogurt or a bowl of broth that stays low in calories. I'm reshaping my life right now and just showing up here already proves I'm making progress. My future self is going to be grateful.
It has been about seven days since I started trying to form better routines. I have switched to better meal options and become more aware of my intake.
