Mind if I check how things are going for you since I just began that matching routine myself at 2.5 milligrams reduced from 7.5 milligrams Tirz along with 2 milligrams Reta

I appreciate those nice comments. Yesterday I reached my opening target. My aim was 120 ahead of my nephew's ceremony happening today. Plenty of others here share my long fight with no built-in stopping point. The medication supplied that control and progress took off fast. Watching members here face the same struggles and reach their targets stirs real emotion in me. Gratitude fills me for everyone in this community. Their motivation, encouragement and assistance feel truly remarkable.

I started out at one hundred sixty seven kilograms and now sit at one hundred three kilograms. That covers the stretch from late December twenty twenty four through April twenty twenty six. For the first half year I took one medication in rising doses of two point five up to six milligrams. After that came six months with nothing at all, then three months on a different compound using one two and four milligrams. Once I hit my goal I switched to two point five milligrams of one item each day plus zero point two five milligrams of another item twice daily. Body fat fell from forty five percent down to sixteen percent.

I believe combining the two was causing excessive reluctance to eat along with lightheadedness. So I quit the first one and kept going with the second at eight milligrams each week. Up to this point things seem fine. Continuing to drop roughly half a pound to a full pound every seven days while also building a little muscle tissue. I head to the weight room four or five times every seven days. My sole challenge at present involves consuming enough protein on a daily basis haha.

The way your body has transformed stands out a lot, particularly in establishing a consistent schedule that includes both strength sessions and jogging together. Achieving the change between 175 and 161 with workouts on most days of the week counts as something significant. The highlight comes from your description of this as the fittest condition since earlier education years, which creates a distinct sensation after maintaining higher weight for so long. 👊 Your divided intake schedule appears to be suiting you effectively. Progressing slowly and steadily during muscle development often results in superior appearance and sensation over extended periods. Building these patterns sequentially shows you have found the suitable method.

This change you've made is truly remarkable. Reducing your weight from 167 kg down to 103 kg while lowering your body fat percentage from 45% all the way to 16% shows incredible commitment. The way you approached it step by step really impresses me, maintaining progress without those substances for half a year before applying that compound in a smart way to complete the process rather than continuously increasing amounts. It wasn't merely about shedding pounds but transforming your entire physical makeup and daily routine. Moving out of the severely overweight range into a fit body fat level is rare for most individuals to achieve. Hats off to you. Maintaining those routines you built is key since the steady effort produced these results.

PatientQuill20archiveMay 19

Eleven years ago my weight hit 370 pounds. To get ready for sleeve surgery I reduced to 340. Following the operation I reached 260 but later returned to 303 when starting on GLP1 medications. At 303 on March 6 I used tirz for five weeks and got to 285. Beginning April 9 I switched to reta starting at two milligrams and currently using four. During the first month on reta my weight stayed the same. Starting the fifth week the loss became steady. At the end of twelve weeks I weigh 275 which means twenty eight pounds lighter. My target is 239 pounds so my BMI goes under thirty. The surprising part is that with reta even while consuming lots of water electrolytes and more than one hundred grams of protein the rest of my diet doesn't seem to influence the continued drop.

Wow, seeing such quick results after only a few weeks with that small weekly amount seems impressive. It looks like you're getting a big effect from the low amount. What about how much it cuts your hunger and your overall energy levels with this? Thinking of keeping the same amount since it's effective, or considering going higher down the road? Way to go!

Seeing such steady advancement following that half-year plateau is truly remarkable. It looks like the right mix has been identified for how your system reacts best. That consistent downward movement each week without any abrupt falls is exactly the kind of pattern one hopes for. Keeping up an average drop of roughly one and a third pounds weekly during the slow increase in dosage feels like a sustainable approach. Getting below one hundred sixty pounds after being held back for so long must bring great satisfaction. Notably, the inclusion of the other substance has eased all the swelling along with any stomach discomfort. Clearly this particular pairing agrees with your body well. Yet what stands out most from everything shared is not the weight figures themselves but rather the image of a delighted grandmother ready to rise and sit on the ground alongside the little ones. That truly captures the biggest success here.

BlueSparrow34archiveMay 23

I'm a thirty eight year old guy on Tirz along with NAD+ SS31 and KLOW. Back in March 2026 I weighed two hundred twenty eight pounds and now in May it's down to two hundred eight. My practical target sits at one hundred ninety but I'd love to hit one hundred seventy five while showing abs. The scale drops about a pound and a half each week and it still surprises me how well these approaches work. I haven't seen numbers below two hundred for more than ten years even after trying every trick I could think of such as skipping meals for stretches removing carbs and bread plus lifting weights and moving daily. Once Tirz entered the picture the pounds began to fall. The tiredness and flat mood aren't fun yet I keep picturing my hip bones showing again. A faint separation now appears between my shoulders and chest. Even back in high school at one hundred sixty five I never had abs only a tight midsection from barely eating. Aiming past that point feels unrealistic but pushing toward the higher mark means reaching the practical one still leaves room to keep going. Slow changes can feel discouraging after so many past efforts yet this kind of shift needs several months. Any drop counts whether it's twenty pounds or just two so I plan to stay on track.

AmberCompass30archiveMay 24

My weight dropped from 245 down to 219. I raised the dose from half a milligram through two and a half up to five. That's when the hunger reduction really kicked in and kept going strong for the last couple months.

Losing twenty pounds over four months with gradual increases shows real achievement, particularly while still at the two milligram mark. It appears the process was managed carefully without quickly elevating the amounts. Incorporating some basic muscle exercises is wise as well, since minimal strength activity can contribute substantially during a cut. It's notable how the hunger reduction accounted for most of the calorie shortfall without needing to impose rigid meal restrictions. This tends to be a typical effective level that many discover after determining their suitable amount. Maintain the excellent effort!

BlueCompass15archiveMay 26

Began my first injection of this on February 7 2026 back when the scale showed 272. My aim sits at 195 and the current reading is 231. Kicked off at a tiny 1.5 milligrams per week across the first fourteen days. Only bumped the amount when it felt necessary and now I inject 6 milligrams each week. Everything feels great at the moment. Just started adding NAD plus GHK CU though those have nothing to do with dropping weight.

Impressive results after three months, particularly with consuming multiple meals daily yet maintaining intense workouts. Dropping from two hundred twenty down to one hundred ninety two point five during the transition between strength sports and physique focus is impressive. It appears the divided two milligram intake schedule suits you effectively. Maintaining steady aerobic sessions alongside five sessions of resistance training weekly is yielding benefits. Your prior experience in heavy lifting probably aided in preserving substantial lean mass as well. How are your force outputs faring during the fat reduction phase?

AmberSparrow63archiveMay 26
↳ replying to @WryCinder14

Losing eighteen pounds over forty three days represents great headway for me. I kicked off at a smaller amount and have lately gone up to five milligrams. That change from two point five to five seems to have started the momentum. Staying even and giving my physique a chance to settle works out.

AmberSparrow63archiveMay 26
↳ replying to @WarmAnchor46

Losing eighteen pounds over six weeks shows solid results, particularly while staying at just two to two point five milligrams up until now. It appears the response is already strong without any need to increase the amount much. Adding the combination of those two substances later on should prove noteworthy as well. Let me know how the hunger control and vitality stack up when they're both being used together.

AmberSparrow63archiveMay 30
↳ replying to @LevelSignal57

This body recomposition is honestly awesome. The scale shows a 19-pound drop since Tirz started, yet the addition of 8 pounds in muscle during fat reduction shifts the whole perspective. Plenty of folks focus only on scale readings and overlook that detail. Shedding 35 pounds of fat while lifting weights, running, and practicing yoga at once shows real effort. It looks like the approach is handled properly rather than just starving down.

Losing fifty one pounds across twenty eight weeks and finding yourself nearly at the target now stands out as an impressive accomplishment. It was also a good choice to step back from Reta once it became clear your system wasn't handling it well. Enduring multiple days of severe stomach issues isn't something worth forcing your way past. 😩 It seems Tirz suits you better anyway because things settled down quickly after switching back to a steady level. Truly 172 when the aim is 170 puts you right about where you wanted to be 👏

Appreciate it! My muscles began feeling less firm by the twentieth week, so I began a daily three hundred microgram amount of the initial compound from week twenty four onward. At week twenty eight I incorporated the additional peptide without dac at the same daily dosage together with consistent exercise sessions. I've reached my target body weight with no difficulties and intend to reduce the sustaining amount to two milligrams in a couple of days. The other substance proved totally unneeded for my situation and I took away an important realization from the experience.

IronLantern48archiveJun 2

Got my baseline stats right after the opening injection yesterday. Female, age 38, current weight 148 with a target of 130. Had a gym body scan done using electrical impedance since that option was on site. These readings aren't spot on but they work fine for watching trends. Lean mass showed 99 pounds, muscle tissue 48 pounds, and fat percentage 33.1. I do heavy lifts multiple days each week so the plan is to add muscle while trimming fat. The number on the scale matters least to me.

↳ replying to @AmberSparrow63

I dropped weight quickly at the start from shedding stored glycogen and keep shedding roughly a pound each week. My scale now shows 127 and I stay on the same weekly milligram dose since it continues to work fine without any need to go higher. Cravings stay well in check but my next-day energy tracks what I ate before, especially carbs. A day with plenty of them leaves me feeling lively while a very low amount leaves me without any desire to eat yet drags me down so ordinary tasks seem heavy both in mind and body. Because the current amount keeps delivering results I plan to hold there and only consider more if that changes.

PlainCompass58archiveJun 4

I'm 40 years old, stand at five foot nine, began around two hundred forty three pounds and have reached one hundred sixty eight, aiming for one hundred sixty five. I took tirz for four and a half months before moving to reta over the past two months, and intend to return to tirz for the final month. I kept tirz under four milligrams, dividing it across two days each week. Right now I'm dividing six milligrams of reta. Appetite control never matched what tirz provided. My progress in dropping pounds slowed quite a bit once on reta since I switched over quickly. Still, I consume what I like while on reta though keeping portions reasonable, whereas tirz had me following a tight eating plan. All the reduction except those remaining six pounds came during the tirz period. I'm nearing my target and might dip a little under. After reaching it I planned to taper off, with any further drop counting as extra. Over the last six and a half months my approach to food has shifted entirely so I expect to manage intake going forward. Should that prove wrong I've stored enough for roughly five years in the freezer and can pick it up again later.

Excellent progress. Dropping fifteen kilograms from February at four milligrams each week is fantastic. It seems the substance is performing strongly for you at this modest level. Maintain your efforts! 💪

AmberSparrow63archiveJun 4

Wow, solid gains there buddy. Shed thirty five pounds starting back in March while hitting the gym two times daily, sticking to clean meals, and now feeling stronger in your fifties than anytime lately. Difficult to question those kinds of outcomes. Looks like dedication to the routine brought real payoffs. This kind of thing turns into a pastime before you realize it. Begins with considering a trial of the medication, then suddenly a dedicated cold storage unit sits in the garage alongside detailed tracking sheets for amounts. 😂 But honestly pleased your overall condition keeps heading the right way. That aspect carries the biggest weight. Grateful for the update! 👊

My scale reading this morning was 168.2 pounds. That puts my BMI 1.9 lower and my body fat 2.3 percent lower.

PlainQuill12archiveJun 5

I got started with my prescribed treatment for type two diabetes right at the end of March in 2025. My highest weight was three hundred eighty five pounds and starting weight three hundred thirty one with an A1c of eleven point zero. Now my current weight is two hundred eleven pounds and A1c has dropped to five point four as of late May in twenty twenty six. That's a total loss of one hundred twenty pounds across fourteen months and I hit my target of two hundred fifteen pounds right on schedule. I keep going with the same medication at seven point five milligrams every five days. My approach involved keeping calories limited to fifteen hundred sixty each day along with mostly eighteen over six intermittent fasting and holding carbs between fifty and eighty grams daily. I followed that strictly during the initial eight months before allowing a few small treats occasionally. Since hitting my target I've become more relaxed about things. There was no workout routine or gym visits for me but I would walk or cycle sometimes if it felt necessary. Lately I've tried adding resistance exercises yet find it hard to keep up regularly. Looking back I believe the periods without food and sticking to the plan made the biggest difference. Over my fifty years I've seen weight go up and down repeatedly but now it seems I've finally got things sorted.

What a huge shift in body composition. Losing all that weight while cutting body fat levels so sharply across just over twelve months shows real commitment far beyond any substances involved. The steady discipline really catches my attention, above all the way it held steady for six months with nothing extra. Solid work.

It's motivating to witness such advancement especially following the return after surgery. Plenty might have stopped mentally once back above three hundred pounds. Keeping at it until reaching two hundred seventy five now represents real accomplishment. The delay effect with reta also catches attention. Many seem to mention weeks of no movement before consistent dropping starts after building tolerance. Moreover a notable feature of reta is the increased flexibility it provides for meals unlike prior strategies. Appears the core elements are managed through protein focus fluid maintenance and electrolyte balance which likely supports muscle retention amid the loss.

NorthSparrow68archiveJun 9

On March 7 I began at six foot one weighing three hundred twenty eight pounds. Today I've reached two hundred ninety eight. It's nice noticing the improvement.

SlowAnchor19archiveJun 10

My heaviest hit four hundred pounds. I started this glp at two hundred eighty six pounds on march twenty seventh twenty twenty six using tirzepatide at seven point five milligrams. Now I'm at two hundred sixty six after dropping twenty pounds. Wolverine helps with the hip and stomach troubles too 💕

BrightThistle70archiveJun 10

I'm a fifty five year old guy six feet two inches tall. I began Tirz five weeks back on May 7 when the scale read three hundred eighty six pounds. Now on June 10 the number sits at three hundred sixty after a drop of twenty six pounds!

CopperAlder51archiveJun 10

Over the weekend I hit my third and ultimate weight target of 190. Deciding the steps after that is what I'm sorting out now. A supply of Cagri arrived to keep cravings in check while I lower my dose of Reta. The idea is still to hold steady near 4-5 mg because of the extra perks. At least that's how things stand right now. Plenty is stored away to cover me for months ahead. Newer options in this class don't interest me since this one fits my needs exactly. Building back the muscle that dropped off during the fat loss will be the focus through lifting.

LevelTimber10archiveJun 10
↳ replying to @CopperAlder51

Yes! Congrats on hitting that mark. Using Cagri to ease the titration down makes sense, I might try the same once I reach my own target. Those early strength gains should be fun to chase.

That kind of outlook is what stands out. The scale moving is nice but finally breaking through after years of no results despite doing everything right is the real relief, and plenty of folks don’t get how rough that mental loop can be. Losing twenty pounds over a couple months at a steady one-and-a-half pounds a week is a pace that actually sticks. The fatigue and flat feeling hit hard for me too and lasted a few weeks until I bumped carbs and water while keeping activity up, then it lifted. Nothing wrong with aiming high either, even if the absolute lowest number never happens the improvements in how you move and feel are already huge.

SteadyKettle52archiveJun 16

33 male, started at 149.8 kg on April 8 2026, now 126.3 kg as of June 10. New check-in tomorrow. Began at 2.5 mg tirzepatide, sitting at 5 mg now and moving to 7.5 mg next week.

GreenThistle20archiveJun 18

Started at 255 lb, now 174 lb since February 20 2025 and holding there since March. Began at 2.5 mg tirz and titrated up slowly, now on week two of 15 mg. Thinking about switching to reta or dropping the tirz dose and adding a low to mid dose of reta on top to get the scale moving again after the plateau.

AmberSparrow63archiveJun 19

Forty-one pounds since February is strong progress. Taking the slow route with dosing instead of pushing higher fast seems to have paid off. Nice that you’re feeling good and the extra compounds are helping with recovery.

AmberSparrow63archiveJun 19
↳ replying to @IronLantern48

Having that consistent baseline on the same machine is useful even if the absolute numbers aren’t perfect. Since you’re already lifting heavy it makes sense to track body comp changes rather than just the scale. Hope the reta run shows clear movement in those readings over the coming months.

AmberSparrow63archiveJun 19
↳ replying to @PlainCompass58

Going from 243 to 168 is a big shift and shows how much the food side matters. Tirz handled appetite better for you while reta left more room to eat but moved slower. The real win is the eating pattern change over those six and a half months, that should help keep the results.

AmberSparrow63archiveJun 19
↳ replying to @PlainAlder11

The body comp numbers look just as good as the scale. A 2.3 percent drop in body fat plus the BMI trend is solid. Keep going, you’re closing in. Might be time for me to post an update too.

AmberLantern34archiveJun 19

40 female, 5'9", started at 227 lb now 204.5 lb after roughly two months on reta since April 14. No longer in the obese range. It’s easy to eat less without the constant mental battle of telling myself no to everything. Planning to stay on it long term because inflammation in my knee is down and I just feel better overall.

RustQuill94archiveJun 19

Began 10 mg tirzepatide March 18 at 204 lb after a year on Wegovy where the high was 237. This morning 174.2 lb. Thirty pounds in three months still feels unreal. Haven’t gone over 2000 calories even once and usually land right around 1500.

I added reta after stalling on tirz and it’s moving things nicely with no sides. Keeping doses low since there’s no rush and progress is still happening.
