Yeah there's no single answer since the peptide itself matters, but I can usually add the same volume of bacteriostatic water across most of my stack so the math stays consistent. I keep all the numbers in a spreadsheet and check it every time before injecting.

For the 10 mg vial I use 1 ml like the others mentioned. What dose are you planning?

I pick the volume mainly so the dose lands between 0.1 and 0.5 ml, and preferably under 0.3 ml because those syringes are easier to find. For GLP compounds I keep concentration at 30 mg per ml or lower.

Working backwards from the target dose works best. I add enough water so each dose measures 10 units. The exact amount depends on the planned dose and vial size. When doing several vials at once it's simpler to choose the injection volume first then calculate the dilution needed.

Some compounds are dosed in international units rather than milligrams so confirm whether your target is mg or IU.
