I spotted that AI breakdown too but unfortunately have my own experience to add here. Sweat tends to trigger eczema on the backs of my upper legs. Right now there's a flare I've kept somewhat managed at a moderate itch level. I started the copper peptide hoping it might help repair skin. Roughly ten days later the irritation spiked way beyond anything before making it impossible to tolerate so I ended up scratching hard while asleep and damaging the area. I quit the day before yesterday and things have settled back to my usual baseline. Glad the compound clears quickly from the system. This fits with what people say about mast cell involvement and histamine reactions. Even if it was a questionable move after spending years hunting for answers it seemed worth testing. At least it proves the peptide actually has an impact. I'll move on to trying the other one next since it might work in the reverse direction and I'll share how that goes. Just wanted to mention this in case others are thinking about the same approach.

SharpCinder35archiveJul 6

Regarding the initial item the reports all mention it matched those accounts. Running regularly left me with ongoing minor knee discomfort that never quite went away. Healing times got clearly better thanks to the repair blend. The growth pair produced solid power increases along with added muscle. The cofactor raised my overall vitality and ended the usual midday drag.

It seemed like one handled eating carbs more effectively while the other preferred keeping carbs restricted.

Currently on Tiz but the other compound had zero impact for me earlier. What amounts and schedule work when combining both of them together? Thinking about giving the pair a shot.

I can't express enough gratitude for you assembling all that material and posting it here. It proved extremely useful.

Very nice! Good info for sure!

I appreciate the post since I had been meaning to work out a comparable method on my own.

I began by using tiny quantities starting from point zero five milligrams and raised them bit by bit over an extended period. This method suited me well both to check for intense responses and because lower amounts might reduce costs if they proved effective. Instead of raising the quantity I chose to use it on more frequent occasions. At the time I was simply trying things out even though others supported the idea. Later on my maximum reached one milligram every three days for each substance but scheduled separately like one on Monday for the first one Tuesday for the second and Wednesday without any then cycling again. This pattern suited me fine up to my first target. After that I adjusted to every four days leaving a rest day between like one on Monday nothing Tuesday the other on Wednesday nothing Thursday. That is my current setup. On the days I inject I also include semax and klow while using smx regularly on the off days. Everyone needs to determine their own amounts and timing since it may vary. After mixing recently I noticed the container seemed to have extra liquid because my normal point nine led to elevated heart rate feeling sick and no desire for eating. I reduced it to point eight but the effect remains strong. I hope this description makes sense.

This has stayed on top even after so long. I appreciate you sharing that.

ClearLedger15archiveJul 8

New to this whole process here. So far the single option I've tried has really been pushing me closer to the targets I have in mind.

GreenBramble47archiveJul 8

I progressed through each of the four main categories outlined. Began using the initial compound and shed fifteen pounds over about four months at a deliberate pace. Then incorporated the second one, and my partner has praised how my skin and nails look. I wished it would help with my hair too, yet saw no difference there. A few months back I began the energy production support. Lately added the latest peptide, which makes it difficult to notice shifts since any effects seem slow to appear, though at least no downsides occurred. Roughly four weeks ago I introduced the growth hormone pair, and believe it's aiding my exercise sessions along with rest. I'll have my growth factor levels checked soon to monitor improvement from the prior low reading. In general positive changes have occurred over the last four months. I won't introduce further items, and intend to pause the second and the energy ones once finished. I'll continue the first one long term while tweaking the amount. The growth pair I'll likely use in cycles. Currently no other options seem appealing.

QuietCinder66archiveJul 9

Rapamycin isn't a peptide whatsoever, yet it looked like it cut down on inflammation and helped my joints feel less achy. I'm going to try microdosing tirz too so I can keep moving forward with possible healthy longevity.

ClearKettle18archiveJul 10

I definitely notice changes from using both Reta and Tesa. With MOTS-C the outcomes vary each time. I'm unsure whether the effect is real or just in my head, yet I often feel a subtle pure boost in vitality whenever I use it.

KeenHarbour15archiveJul 13

Hi all, right now I'm 90 kg at 1.80 m. I'm on prescribed Wegovy at 1.6 mg as a GLP-1. I also have a herniated disc in my back plus straightening of the cervical spine. Weight loss hasn't been great so I'm thinking of moving to Reta, and for the spine pain I want to try KLOW. Those are the only two I plan on for now, but I'm new to this and open to suggestions. Any advice on how to switch over to Reta?

KeenHarbour15archiveJul 13
↳ replying to @ClearKettle55

My spine has a herniation issue as well. Will this return after stopping the usage?

ClearKettle55archiveJul 13
↳ replying to @KeenHarbour15

Haven't seen much change yet. I've put in a lot of effort building up core power while paying attention to alignment along with other aspects. Recently, after ages, with help from my massage specialist, I've begun trying to reach my feet and doing bends forward. Facing a herniated disk makes this frightening, yet it creates room among the vertebrae so recovery can occur.

Which version of it do you prefer to work with, the freeze dried kind or the unprocessed material?

GreyBeacon57archiveJul 14

This medication has transformed everything for me. Dropping a hundred pounds that haven't returned is great, yet what truly stands out is how it eased my worries and low moods. For two decades I've dealt with intense ongoing worry and sudden attacks that sometimes led to overheating and a non-epileptic fit when my nerves got too much. I relied on that anxiety pill three times daily over fifteen years. After beginning this treatment, six weeks later I stopped because the need vanished. It's such a relief given my sensitivities where fabric positioning might trigger those episodes. Extra weight made me constantly notice my body's softness and uneven bulges, so fitted outfits were avoided except for tights now and then. Baggy tops looked poor quality and I disliked their drape. High-rise tights would slip or bunch up high. Denim pants dropped because of the wider uneven middle and lower areas. That nonstop focus on how everything felt was awful. These days the challenge is locating extra small or double zero sizes. My middle measures twenty five inches and lower hips thirty three, fitting evenly without shifting. Chest area at thirty two balances it. I had no idea clothing could go on without an urge to tear it away instantly. Plus this additional item improved my complexion, vision, and even fingernails, placing it high on the list too.

I'm wondering what you consider not the best choice here. What's the amount of weight dropping each week for you? Reta might complicate things based on the cause of slow progress. Hunger or constant thoughts about eating could get worse with reta. Elevated pressure in the blood might also cause problems. The other option costs less, works best to quiet those eating urges, and reduces swelling too – I've seen huge benefits myself. For my current flare, I'm planning to include that extra peptide for its additional support and germ-fighting effects. Later on I'll move to the combined one for upkeep, avoiding injuries, and looks, since the added copper peptide helps skin. Should you prefer reta to boost your burn rate even if appetite stays high, you can lower your dose of the first med gradually, then introduce a low amount of reta once at the base level, bumping it up monthly if the scale doesn't move. Finding a reliable provider matters a lot when shifting from official prescriptions into this unregulated area, as there's much to learn. Another path is requesting the alternative from your doctor so they oversee the switch, while you locate a grey market option for it in the meantime. Hope things work out!

That one contributor really stands out as the top performer when it comes to those compounds.

SharpCompass21archiveJul 19

Taking two milligrams of Reta each week has led to impressive improvements for me.

This stuff has worked out wonderfully for me. The gradual progress is what I appreciate most, along with keeping my muscle intact. Just chatted with someone earlier about that other option and now I'm really interested. They used it following an operation and were amazed at the quick healing.

SharpWillow45archiveJul 20

Obviously I'm going with the reta. Five weeks back I began using the TB500 along with BPC157 and at last I'm seeing some real improvement with the tendon problem in my lower biceps area. I still don't have full stability or power returned but things feel much improved and I was able to train intensely today without issues. That ongoing soreness has disappeared too. I'm hoping for a full recovery once this protocol wraps up. For the first month I front loaded the TB500 with 2.5mg injections twice weekly but now it's down to 1mg on alternating days. The BPC157 started at half a milligram each day yet I've bumped it up to a full milligram daily. When doing the TB500 I mix both into one shot and place all the injections near the biceps and shoulder regions subcutaneously around the muscle tissue.

During which hours do you usually have the MOTS-C and NAD+?

WryLantern78archiveJul 25

Began taking these substances around four weeks earlier. Reta proves effective. Both glutathione and KPV produced clear benefits. As a result I sense improved well-being overall. KLOW appears effective yet remains uncertain since only week one has passed. Found SS-31 too costly to complete a cycle so stopped after seven days with zero changes noticed. With MOTS-C the initial five days brought no sensations but afterward it turned overly energizing similar to consuming five cups of coffee. Neither NAD+ nor L-carnitine showed any impact possibly due to arriving premixed. Will attempt them once more using the freeze-dried version.

I might end up checking out some options for better rest down the line. The low amount of that medication is already disrupting how well I rest at night. I figure raising the amount could make this issue stronger. I am hoping the problem disappears on its own, though if it sticks around I will need to find a way to sleep properly.

CopperAlder51archiveJul 27
↳ replying to @ClearSignal10

A helpful person on this forum brought up magnesium glycinate, which improves my rest while using Reta. Trouble sleeping usually hits me during injection evening plus the two days after, yet now I rest more soundly. Not each evening, though the majority, I manage to skip that early morning disturbance around three.

WarmCinder85archiveJul 30
↳ replying to @LevelAlder29

That turned out quite useful. Much appreciated!

SteadyMarble20archiveAug 2

Having ADHD along with possible stimulant use made me watch my reactions closely after starting magnesium bisglycinate. Plenty of folks praise it highly yet the form left me feeling more energized and it took several months before I linked that effect back to the supplement itself. These days I prefer using it earlier before four in the afternoon then switch to liquid magnesium citrate in the evening along with threonate.

CopperTimber53archiveAug 3

That product worked great on me. My waist measurement dropped by three inches over about five months.

mt2 turned out to be amazing. Too bad I ended up with resistance after the idea hit to use tiny amounts each day nonstop for nine months.

IronMeadow45archiveAug 5
↳ replying to @WryLantern78

Glutathione injections strike me as unusual. I figured NAC worked as the starting material when trying to raise levels of this antioxidant.

GreenWillow54archiveAug 5
↳ replying to @IronMeadow45

Was unaware resistance could develop from this. So the skin just quits darkening after a while?

IronMeadow45archiveAug 5
↳ replying to @GreenWillow54

My skin stopped developing color as easily after ongoing use. Where I once darkened deeply right away instead of just burning lightly at first, the results became much weaker overall. My hair also quit shifting to that intense dark shade. After sticking with small daily amounts across many months and later trying a higher amount, the weaker outcome stayed the same. These receptors seem to lose responsiveness. Hormones in general appear to require breaks to stay effective. Heavy continued application can make them stop working altogether in some reports. I switched to an unprocessed version that delivered stronger color changes but triggered far more unwanted reactions, so I eventually stopped everything due to those reactions.

GreenWillow54archiveAug 5
↳ replying to @IronMeadow45

Huh that stands out. I think back to a light skinned lady from Germany who darkened her tone completely by sticking with the stuff for quite a while.

WryLantern78archiveAug 6
↳ replying to @IronMeadow45

I'm unclear on your point there, since I don't use NAC at all. The only thing I'm aware of is feeling improved following the use of glutathione injections.

ClearKettle55archiveAug 7
↳ replying to @WryLantern78

What he was getting at is that using NAC together with glycine lets the body create glutathione on its own. Shots of the substance don't seem able to enter the cells directly, so the system ends up breaking everything apart into components and putting it back together anyway, based on what I know.

NorthWillow72archiveAug 7

I got excellent outcomes from the Glutathione Cycle. I included Vitamin C both beforehand and throughout my routine. Each morning I consumed 1000mg Ascorbic acid together with a multivitamin and Vitamin E. In the afternoon I combined that with a B complex supplement and a beverage that has Vitamin C. I came across a helpful clip explaining these topics such as oral compared to injectable forms along with precursors.

IronMeadow45archiveAug 7
↳ replying to @GreenWillow54

Any idea how regularly she was using that? Each day across many months or years?

IronMeadow45archiveAug 7
↳ replying to @WryLantern78

Swallowing that antioxidant leads to breakdown in the gut so the body never takes it up. NAC works as the starting material and therefore raises levels more reliably. Hospitals use it for cases of too much painkiller because the sharp drop triggers liver damage. I had no idea shots existed at all.

SharpCinder28archiveAug 7
↳ replying to @IronMeadow45

I've noticed this substance works like an antioxidant so it might offer some help across many areas. Links between factors never prove direct causes yet plenty of conditions tied to growing older appear connected to reduced amounts of it. Studies also cover its use in handling liver damage caused by certain medications such as an overdose of common painkillers. Over longer periods taking NAC or GlyNAC by mouth looks like a simple option for lifting those amounts whether injections get added or not. Staying active seems able to lift the amounts too at least a bit.

After the operation plus those intravenous meds I went riding on my bike.

GreenWillow54archiveAug 9
↳ replying to @IronMeadow45

That's not correct, although I know the woman involved. She gives the impression of being untruthful about the quantity she took. There's coverage of her on a certain site.

SharpCinder28archiveAug 11

Glutathione has another upside through its roundabout support for energy reserves. It fails to supply any immediate boost yet the supplements seem able to maintain solid energy levels overall. The process works like this.

BlueWillow20archiveAug 12
↳ replying to @GreyPebble44

I've started using them on my own lately yet can't grasp why people hype them up when my experience feels totally ordinary.
