The inflammation reduction from tirz is genuine. After six months of bloodwork my CRP fell 90 percent. On the side-effect side I doubt you'll improve by switching. Sema tends to bring more sides overall. Reta pushes the system harder so it will probably increase rather than decrease the problems you're having. My own HRV dropped but mostly came back after about four months. I also found that a smaller evening meal with fewer carbs helped avoid tanking sleep, since slower gastric emptying kept things active overnight. Trying different meal timing and macros might be worth testing first.
Been on tirz more than seven months at a gradual pace but the balance between sides and intended effects still isn't ideal. Wondering whether another common glp1 might suit me better. Has anyone dealt with poor sleep on tirz, especially reduced deep sleep, lower HRV, and higher overnight heart rate, and done better on a different glp? Or tried switching around only to conclude tirz was still the best choice? Thinking about trying sema for a month even though it's said to be weaker on inflammation, which is my main reason for using tirz, while weight loss is a nice extra. If that fails, return to a tirz baseline and test reta for a month, though I expect it could worsen the HRV and heart-rate issues I'm already seeing. Open to any other glps if one happens to help sleep. Thanks for any experiences shared.
