My workouts aren't intense, yet exercise no longer boosts hunger the way it used to before these medications. The main factor for me is the hunger that returns about a week after dosing once levels drop. That rebound can be milder at times, especially after longer use when blood levels stabilize. Suppression otherwise feels unchanged by activity, late nights, or stress.
I'm wondering if I should handle retatrutide differently depending on whether it's a hard training day. I prefer eating more then to support recovery with solid meals, whereas rest days make the reduced hunger simpler since I don't need much food. Do you see the suppression vary with workouts or does it hold steady no matter what? Logging it for a couple weeks could show something.
