Solid log. This is how you sort things out. 22 lbs in eight weeks is strong. The symptoms line up with the higher reta doses and eased after stopping, while BPC and TB didn’t restart them. Curious to see how 1 mg goes on the 27th. P.S. Not sure if you have allergies, but early March hits a lot of people I know. Best.

Never had allergies hit this hard before. Know it’s an unusual year with 95-plus temps in March, so still not sure where to point the finger. Really hoping it’s allergies because the reports on what reta does for the body are so positive and I don’t want to have to stop it. Thanks for the kind words, appreciated.

Didn’t really recognize them as side effects at first. We’ve had a sharp winter-to-spring shift in the Antelope Valley with 95-plus degree days. Also let the grass go in the backyard and spent four days mowing and weed-whacking, not full days but until the batteries ran out. Could be a side effect, maybe, or allergies from the weather change or yard work, maybe. That’s why testing low dose again on the 27th. The other sides I’d read about were pretty typical for most people, and the increases followed a similar schedule to what’s commonly described, starting at 1 mg for two weeks then 2 mg for two weeks. I waited three weeks before going to 3 mg while most had already jumped to 4 mg, so not really pushing the increases from my view. Not really chasing big weight loss anyway, not that far over, happy around 190-195. What drew me to reta was the idea of pulling fat from organs and around them.

CopperSignal27archiveApr 25

Based on what I know the mucus-related issues seem similar to a mild sinus problem involving drainage possibly linked to allergies. The queasiness and tiredness might stem from that though they're also common reactions to reta. Seasonal shifts and food changes can affect immunity too. From what I've noticed here individuals without much extra weight appear to feel effects from smaller amounts of reta sooner than anticipated and experience more reactions at those levels compared to those carrying more excess pounds.

That’s a strong stretch, nearly 30 lbs since December. Setup seems to be working if you’re still trending down at 10 mg plus metformin. Getting into the range where things often slow, but the goal still looks realistic. Still dropping steadily each week or starting to level off?

I appreciate the encouragement. Progress feels frustratingly gradual at times, yet I recall the struggle of shedding twenty-seven pounds across eleven months before beginning treatment. That works out to about six pounds monthly. Weight stayed flat through four weeks at the middle dose and the final fortnight on the prior one, prompting an earlier increase to the next level. My physician endorses the approach and noted many diabetes patients saw little change until reaching that point, though we avoid certain related topics. No unpleasant reactions appeared at any stage so the step felt reasonable, even if it seemed to bypass the slower titration some favor in discussions. Hunger control has settled comfortably again lately, bringing a 1.2-pound drop this week, and I began workouts at a fitness center over the weekend, eager to track upcoming results.

WarmCompass24archiveApr 27

Started at 170 lbs in July 2024. Now maintaining around 130 lbs and happy there. Highest tirz dose was 7.5 mg. Maintenance dose now 5 mg.

PlainBeacon92archiveApr 27

Started at 207 lbs Sept 1 2024, now around 155 lbs achieved March 2026. Began with Oz then switched to tirz last year and like it. Max dose 12 mg. Maintenance still to be decided. Goal 145-155. Happy at 155; reached size 8 there, and at 145 as a teen was size 8/10. Glad to be here.

Wow, dropping forty pounds while holding steady near one thirty really stands out. Well done reaching the target weight, quite an accomplishment. Looks like the plan came together smoothly. How does the upkeep phase feel at this point? Are hunger, stamina, and routine holding steady?

KeenAlder60archiveApr 27

Highest 419 on 5/1/2001, DS/BPD same day, down to 275 by 7/1/2003 and held until 2/2017. Medication-related regain to 320 by 8/2017. Started GLPs 2/23, now 230.

AmberSparrow63archiveApr 27
↳ replying to @KeenAlder60

What an amazing path you've taken! Wow. Dropping from 419 all the way to 230 despite the fluctuations makes for a huge overall success. Keeping at 275 for such an extended period following DS/BPD really counts as an achievement, and recovering from any weight increase back down to 230 using GLPs demonstrates real determination. The sustained effort over time is what impresses me most. You've managed to adjust across various stages including the operation, keeping steady, any comeback in weight, and using GLPs now. How does your current weight of 230 feel in relation to the previous points?

Hey everyone I've got some positive updates to share that might surprise you. Over the past five months I've dropped nineteen pounds. The credit goes to reta along with protein powder mixed in and my jogging routine. I'm a six foot tall white male who began weighing two hundred thirty six pounds and now sit at two hundred seventeen. For the initial thirty days I took one milligram every three days before increasing to two milligrams on the same schedule. That works out from two milligrams each week up to four. It seems like this amount is really working well for me.

AmberSparrow63archiveApr 27
↳ replying to @QuietSignal61

Great job there, dude. Dropping nineteen pounds across five months counts as real progress. It seems you've discovered a pattern that really suits your needs, what with the jogging and adjusting the intake. Methods like that help maintain the progress. Probably a fair amount of physique adjustment is occurring as well. Haha, viewing that remark positively! Perhaps my skill lies in forming coherent statements 😄

IronCompass33archiveApr 28

I'm a woman aged 49 who began at 224 pounds during June 2025. I started an anti-inflammatory eating approach to handle my rheumatoid arthritis and dropped 10 pounds. I botched the phase where foods get added back in and found the limits too hard to follow. I attempted to control things with food choices and physical activity including ten thousand steps, half an hour of aerobic work each day, lifting weights three times per week, and tracking intake. My scale readings swung between 212 and 217 across half a year. In February 2026 I began using 2.5 milligrams of that compound and now sit at 197 pounds. Right now I'm using 2.5 milligrams of it along with 100 milligrams of glutathione. I'm considering going up on the dose but have been hit with really strong tiredness lately. Could that come from the medication or perhaps a rheumatoid arthritis episode instead? I plan to try out some other peptides like SS31 along with GHKCU and KPV beginning on the first of May.

BlueAnchor24archiveApr 28

Start weight 89.2 kg, current 89.3 kg. Timeframe April 4th to 28th. Protocol 1 mg reta once per week. Up 100 grams so far. Did just spend five days overseas and didn’t eat the best, so hoping it will start to go down soon.

WarmCompass24archiveApr 28
↳ replying to @AmberSparrow63

After moving to the other option my urge for treats and nibbling returned unexpectedly perhaps due to the reduced amount. Back when using the smaller quantity of the compound I could shed pounds and experience appetite control. My vitality remains fine which it always has yet the additional hormone from my physician likely counters any fatigue.

AmberSparrow63archiveApr 28
↳ replying to @BlueAnchor24

When I started with just one milligram of Reta I was still on a low amount so no wonder there was little visible change so far. It turns out quite a few folks need to raise their level before any response shows up. With my meals and workouts staying the same this felt like a steady phase rather than going backward. 😃

Appreciate the input. Yeah I might bump the next shot up to 1.5 mg or 2 mg.

LevelAnchor55archiveMay 3

Thought I'd give an update here. It's been three weeks and I've already shed 6 kilos. After week two I boosted how much I eat hoping to slow my weight loss down but it's stayed exactly the same.

ClearMeadow73archiveMay 6

Back in January 2023 I weighed 99.7 kilograms, and that finally showed me how far things had slipped. Reaching 100 kilograms had always seemed unthinkable, yet it was almost there. I visited my physician and began phentermine, which I kept using until late July and dropped 15 kilograms. Later I switched to sema and reached 69.7 kilograms in April 2024, a total drop of 30 kilograms across 15 months.

Throughout 2024 I lost focus for a while and rose to 81 kilograms before bringing it down to 74 kilograms by December. I suspect shortages played a role because I had not yet heard about other sources. By May 2025 I was back at 70 kilograms, but December brought another climb to 76 kilograms and I knew I had to refocus. I learned about alternative options and this group in January, and now I am committed once more. Currently I sit at 70.5 kilograms with a target of 68 kilograms, leaving 2.5 kilograms until I hit that mark, though I may treat it as a moment to review my aims. Female, age 36, if it matters.

LevelBramble14archiveMay 6

My heaviest came in at 345 pounds. Treatment started for me at 335. These days the scale reads 295 with a target of 215. Since November 2025 I've been using tirzepatide and raising the dose little by little until hitting 10 milligrams.

Your progress looks impressive overall. Recovering from that slight increase shows real strength since few manage it. Demonstrating the ability to drop weight, allow a small rise, then control it again proves more valuable than a linear decrease. Now around those figures, focus shifts from intensifying efforts to fine-tuning routines and maintaining steadiness. The final stages tend to move gradually and resist change. Part of the previous uptick likely stemmed from external factors disrupting supplies or routines that affect everyone. Being this near means prioritizing comfort levels over exact figures for sustainable balance without constant struggle. That remaining bit pales against your prior achievements. You've nearly arrived.

LevelTimber10archiveMay 6

Started back in July of last year weighing two hundred sixty. Dropped down to one hundred seventy two since then. Dosing started with four weeks on the blended version at two point one two five milligrams, switched after that to the alternate form for a month each at three point five, five, and another five, holding steady at six since November. Goal sits at one hundred sixty but remaining here for a while could work out okay. My reflection looks so off now. Hard to tell who that even is anymore. Been thinking over options for lowering the amount I'm using.

AmberSparrow63archiveMay 6
↳ replying to @LevelTimber10

What an amazing progress run. Going from two hundred sixty pounds down to one hundred seventy two over that period really stands out. That disorienting sense of not recognizing yourself in the mirror feels genuine. It requires time for the mind to align with the new reflection. About targeting one hundred sixty or remaining near one hundred seventy, the perspective seems spot on. Holding at a level where daily life feels manageable without ongoing resistance holds greater value than forcing further reduction for no strong reason. For cutting back on the amount, gradual reduction works out more favorably than abrupt shifts. The objective involves locating the minimal quantity that prevents any reversal of gains. The challenging portion lies behind now. Currently it involves determining a comfortable equilibrium at the present body size. Grateful for the account of this process. Eager to observe how it continues onward. Solid persistence shown here!

I've gone from two hundred sixty two pounds down to two hundred twenty five since the middle of March until now. My dosing stepped through one, two point five, then three milligrams of the medication. At the top level right now, I've lost twenty seven pounds during this stretch.

NorthBramble10archiveMay 6

I weighed two hundred five pounds back on the eleventh of April. As of the sixth of May my scale reads one hundred ninety one. I began with one milligram weekly until the twenty first then moved up to two milligrams per week divided across a pair of injections spaced three days apart. Tesamorelin got added on the twenty fifth. Altogether that adds up to fourteen pounds lost during the stretch.

Just joined this community and getting my journey underway. The gradual method aligns with what I had in mind initially. Different people find success through their own paths, which briefly made me second guess my ideas, yet seeing results from matching plans feels reassuring. When it comes to exercise I often push intensely for short periods before sinking into complete inactivity. For that reason I'm adding minor adjustments there too in hopes they will hold. Supportive comments from the group stand out as terrific and have also led me to revise my targets. Rather than fixating on a particular figure I'm paying attention to how my body feels overall which for me means getting rid of extra around the waist sides and lower back plus various discomforts. My beginning details are male age fifty two five foot eleven and two hundred eleven point seven pounds. Weight has shifted between two hundred and two hundred thirty across the past twenty years or possibly twenty five.

PatientQuill64archiveMay 8

I began at four hundred forty six pounds toward the end of January this year. Right now the scale shows two hundred eighty five. Standing five foot eleven and being a thirty eight year old guy, my path with these shots moved through several compounded versions then a branded one and later a less official source. My current amount sits at fifteen milligrams of the primary option. I gave a different similar shot a quick test last autumn. Lately I've been checking out ideas for combining things or raising the amount while watching studies that test twenty or twenty five milligrams.

KeenKettle60archiveMay 8

I began at 267 pounds on March 21 this year and reached 234 by May 8. During the opening two weeks I used 1 milligram of Reta once weekly plus 2 milligrams of Klow each day. The next pair of weeks I increased to 2 milligrams of Reta on the same weekly schedule while keeping Klow at 2 milligrams daily. In the following two weeks Reta went to 4 milligrams once a week and Klow rose to 5 milligrams daily.

SharpLantern61archiveMay 8

My starting point was two hundred twenty nine pounds and I sit at one hundred thirty nine now after the stretch from October twenty twenty one into April twenty twenty three. I have kept that number steady beyond twenty four months by pausing the shots once the scale moves up by five pounds and then resuming until those pounds drop back off. For upkeep I use ten to fifteen milligrams of the medication during one month out of every two or anytime the five pound increase shows up.

LevelThistle44archiveMay 8
↳ replying to @SharpLantern61

This approach strikes me as pretty unusual and intriguing. Did the results seem weaker after a while or did you find yourself needing more to get the same effect? How does it stack up against keeping things consistent?

PatientMeadow74archiveMay 8

I began at 228 pounds and now sit at 199. That's from December 17 until today. My routine involves 7.5 milligrams of Tirzepatide once a week plus 1.5 milligrams of GHK-CU every day. So far I've dropped 29 pounds with roughly 50 remaining.

ClearWillow59archiveMay 8
↳ replying to @BlueAnchor24

I stepped up the dosage in very minor steps because this one truly influences my pulse. I took my time and watched it closely.

WryAnchor38archiveMay 8

I kicked things off on March 27 2026 weighing 244 pounds. At the moment I'm down to 222 with a target of 165. My regimen called for 2.5 milligrams of Tirz each week during the opening five weeks. Beginning in week six I moved to 2.5 milligrams of Tirz paired with 1 milligram of Reta on a weekly basis. I aim to hold that amount steady for the maximum duration possible. After hitting my goal I'll test smaller doses aimed only at curbing appetite without additional loss. Around then I'll probably introduce other combinations centered on longevity and biohacking.

AmberSparrow63archiveMay 9
↳ replying to @KeenLantern58

You've come a long way over a brief stretch. Shedding 27 pounds since March stands out as quite an achievement, especially at those lower Tirz levels. Looks like 3mg is suiting you fine right now. Keep the progress going 👏

AmberCompass48archiveMay 9

Started out at three thirty pounds on August twenty fifth. Now down to two eighteen and shooting for one ninety. Taking seven milligrams of reta every Monday along with six milligrams of tirz each Friday. I only take in food when the urge hits or I figure it's time.

AmberSparrow63archiveMay 9

Losing that much weight so fast makes for an impressive beginning. It seems the compound is already working well. Well done with the effort. Keep me posted on how the other combination is coming along.

CopperAlder51archiveMay 9

I lost seventy pounds across eight months on reta. My start was September but the scale came in October. The target weight shifted from two hundred down to one ninety five then one ninety. Close to finishing now. The highest amount I took was twelve milligrams each week but dropped to ten now. Might include cagri later for stronger hunger control if required though so far it's not happened since reta works well for me.

AmberSparrow63archiveMay 9
↳ replying to @SharpSignal83

I think the approach here feels solid from the start. That pattern of diving in deep and then fading out hits close to home for quite a few of us, and gradual steady shifts tend to hold up better over time. Nice that what I shared ended up useful in some way. Moving attention off the scale reading alone created a real mental shift for me. Noticing better overall comfort with fewer body twinges, extra pep in the day, outfits sitting differently, and trimming the midsection and back area all began to outweigh any push for one exact reading. Beginning with smaller amounts of Reta over time felt right. No need to move fast on that. Many others report solid outcomes by avoiding big jumps early on. The base point and outlook seem positive. Eager to track how it unfolds. Share any updates once things get going.

SharpLantern71archiveMay 9

These days there seem to be tons of people sharing their wins. I recall when that sort of thing was still surprising a couple years back. It's nice that it's become so ordinary now.

AmberSparrow63archiveMay 9
↳ replying to @SharpLantern71

Truly this might stand out as the clearest indicator yet. Back then these things felt way beyond belief but nowadays hearing about achievements all the time feels ordinary. Still I try to recall my starting point as well. It's simple to grow accustomed to improvements and lose sight of their value. ❤️

WryHarbour43archiveMay 10

Back in January next year I tipped the scale at two hundred sixty five pounds and now sit at two hundred thirty five point one with a target near two hundred twenty. Standing six feet tall and staying fairly active as a guy in my early forties I have yo-yoed with my weight plenty of times yet this marks the first time I have tried any peptides medications or even basic supplements. Besides that the sole item in my daily routine is five milligrams of creatine. I have completed two rounds of that recovery protocol after getting hurt and sampled the other combo once prior to starting the current medication though an injury cut the run short so I could not train and therefore did not see full results. Everything so far came through a nearby physician and their pharmacy partner and I am looking forward to handling purchases myself to keep expenses down. Reaching at least two hundred twenty would be solid since I hit two hundred ten after one major drop but found it tough to hold there. Standard medical advice might push for one hundred ninety or two hundred yet with my larger build I doubt I want the lifestyle needed to stay that light though once I hit two hundred twenty I can decide whether to continue trimming or shift toward body recomposition and upkeep. Right now I am at seven point five milligrams of the medication and am considering adding one milligram of the newer option or repeating the earlier combo cycle. Glad everyone here is making progress on their health and moving toward their targets it feels good to share this path together.

WrySignal84archiveMay 10

Eighth day on this stuff and the scale shows I've shed three point six pounds. Started at two hundred forty three point four and now sit at two hundred thirty nine point eight.
