I reached my target weight! Join in the celebration!! I began on September 1 2024 weighing 210 pounds on semaglutide through my health provider. There were some setbacks when the provider ended coverage for the medication. I moved to telehealth and later changed over to tirzepatide. After 18 months I am down 55 pounds and now at my goal of 155. At 5-7 I weighed 135 briefly back in high school. In my twenties I could get to 145 only by strict restriction. Most of my adult life I stayed around 180-185. I feel fantastic and appreciate how well this medication works. I have not tried research versions yet but plan to switch for maintenance once testing clears and I finish the remaining compounded supply. Now I need to work out how to reduce the dose and hold steady. I also want to raise my energy levels because the current 13 mg weekly tirzepatide leaves me drained. I have a formal event in August and look forward to wearing a gown.

Awesome achievement! Combining them in small amounts worked for me to hold steady.

SteadyTimber49archiveFeb 21

Wow, what a cool accomplishment! Reaching this point has me thrilled.

BlueMarble65archiveFeb 21

Huge congratulations!

WarmWillow50archiveFeb 21

That is quite the accomplishment. You must be experiencing real satisfaction right now. Those substances can deliver strong results but finishing everything still demanded serious resolve and persistence. 🎉🎊🎉🎊🎖️

SteadyTimber28archiveFeb 21

Congratulations, that is amazing!!!

NorthCinder50archiveFeb 21

Great job! Congratulations

Success tales like that always thrill me and spark optimism. Grateful you shared the excitement.

SteadyWillow71archiveFeb 21

Awesome on that feat and have a good time putting on fancy clothes for the red carpet party.

My weight sits steady at 127. Keeping it there takes 2.0 tirz together with 6.0 reta.

PlainAlder11archiveFeb 21

That's motivating to read. It makes me optimistic I can reach my target.

I'm wondering about further details here. Can Reta be combined with a high tirz amount? What's the reason for using Reta anyway? Should the tirz amount be cut down before bringing Reta into the mix? I'll check out that particular pairing on my own. Thanks.

I managed to reach my target after all. At times I thought I was the slowest one shedding weight. Those final couple of pounds dragged on for ages. Eventually though, the results showed up. My repeated thought was to stay patient and believe in how things unfold.

Great job there. What process led you to your steady dose amount?

When I first began, I came across many tales of achievement from others. At that point, having my own seemed impossible because the goal looked distant. But once I arrived there, I felt compelled to mention it here as well, since wow, I have joined their ranks. The time passed faster than I expected. Relying on patience while believing the medication would deliver made all the difference.

Fantastic news! This has me really pumped. Hooray!!!

Hey, appreciate that. My main emphasis was on staying patient while believing in the process. I quit fixating on the numbers, meals, or how much work went in. I moved away from that whole dieting mindset and simply had faith in how things would unfold. Those plateaus felt tough, yet they did resolve eventually.

I haven't tried mixing them myself so far, yet one seems stronger for controlling hunger while the other adds a glucagon effect that targets internal fat stores. My plan is to raise the second until results show up, then add tiny amounts of the first if eating urges return.

↳ replying to @NorthThistle87

Appreciate the help. I'm going over the details right now.

ClearThistle50archiveFeb 21

Absolutely thrilled by that idea! I'd love to hear whenever there's news on the servicing.

PlainBeacon92archiveFeb 21

I got hold of Reta30 lately because I wanted to try mixing tirz alongside reta during an upkeep phase. This marks my first day using mots-c once I wrapped up three weeks on ss-31. Those GLP items serve as the entry point to every remaining peptide out there. Right now my rotation covers semax selank mots-c klow and glutathione together with the tirz.

Continuing with the higher amount all the way to my target. Four pounds left. Great job reaching your goal! 🎊🎉

I began with just one substance but discomfort returned so I included a small quantity of the other to manage inflammation. I'd have continued using only the first otherwise. Not feeling hungry at all lets me know this is having an impact.

I began by mixing a large dose of tirz into my new Reta routine. Over time though, raising the Reta led me to cut back on the tirz.

WryFenwick10archiveFeb 23

Awesome achievement. Go you.

PlainThistle36archiveFeb 23

Great job. Congratulations.

CopperLantern16archiveFeb 23

Congratulations! It must feel great to hit your goal

NorthMarble42archiveFeb 23

This really appeals to me because of how long the process runs, since daily stuff keeps interrupting. I notice lots of folks dropping pounds quickly, which feels tough when progress happens slowly on glp, yet holding onto hope and waiting still works as the weight eventually drops. Way to go!

PlainBeacon92archiveFeb 23
↳ replying to @NorthMarble42

My physician always emphasized that taking it gradually works better. Everyone feels eager to shed pounds quickly, I realize. Yet I've been losing at a gradual pace with frequent plateaus, but I stayed committed. Changing between those two medications also made a difference for me. Taking short pauses from the treatment every now and then helped as well. I've come to understand that this process with these drugs doesn't have a single approach. Each person varies and reacts in their own way to them.

SharpThistle20archiveFeb 23

Well done! You're a legend!!!!

This is what stops my appetite completely. I cut back on every single amount aiming for the smallest possible hunger cues.

I completed a pair of sessions using SS31 and Mots C spaced twelve months from each other. After the last one I stopped taking them. My cellular mitochondria got fixed. There isn't any requirement left for the extra peptides.

NorthSignal43archiveFeb 24

Fantastic! Really hoping to see dress photos shared right here. Well done!

PatientAlder89archiveFeb 24

Wow this is fantastic news!! You've become a role model for the rest of us aiming for the same thing!! I'm overjoyed about your success!! 🙂

PlainThistle80archiveFeb 24

I'm on my opening sequence of SS31 which then moves into Mots c. The Mots c portion has only recently begun. No major differences have shown up yet though my outlook feels slightly lighter. Did your sequences bring any clear changes?

AmberSignal16archiveFeb 25
↳ replying to @PlainBeacon92

I felt a small uptick in energy after using it but the change was too minor to make me want another batch. On top of that I began breaking out in red itchy spots because of the product so I stopped.

AmberSignal16archiveFeb 25
↳ replying to @PlainBeacon92 (opening post)

Reaching my target took more than a couple years from my initial weight of 211 down to 127. I went at a measured pace the whole time. In the last stretch I needed a mix of three different things to get there. Currently I'm only using tiny doses of two.

What showed you that the mitochondria inside your body had healed up? Were any tests done at a lab?
