.3 mg DSIP is a reasonable place to begin. Hope the numbers turn around; reduced deep sleep isn't something reported often.

You mentioned starting there? I saw the common range listed as .1 to .3 mg. Willing to pin whatever amount proves effective without sides or other issues.

Just confirming that the amount you chose lines up with a sensible starting point.

Wasn't sure if you meant higher amounts had worked for others. My 2 mg epitalon sits between the 5-10 mg group and the lower mcg users. No adverse reports turned up for the higher end, so one vial lasting the full run seemed practical.

Only use once or twice a week on nights when thoughts are racing yet sleep is still needed. Quality rest has been poor for the last few years. At 250-300 mcg it appears to improve sleep without next-day grogginess, whether placebo or not. The wired-but-tired state eases, especially ahead of early travel. Unlike other aids, waking after a few hours leaves me clear-headed instead of sluggish. Last night six hours felt like eight and I was alert right away.

Picked up a 10 ml bottle and plan to test it this week. Will share results here.

Keep us updated. Planning to get one myself soon.

Using it tonight, so the first report should appear tomorrow morning.

Trying the first vial tonight. Last night was rough so hoping this helps.

Tested 150 mcg injectable last night. Sleep deepened only slightly and dizziness appeared about thirty minutes later. Other aids work better for me than this does.

PatientPebble33archiveJun 2

Also have nasal spray on hand and will try that tonight to compare with the injectable version.

Other aids might suit you better than this.

Any results yet? Considering making nasal spray from the powder on hand if it performs well.

Didn't notice much difference myself, though others have reported good outcomes with the spray.

Sometimes use 25 mg sleep tablets and get solid rest, though they leave me groggy the next day. Haven't added melatonin on top but might try tonight since it's the weekend.

Interesting, those tablets never make me groggy. Different reactions I suppose.

Started 200 mcg three days ago and dreaming has returned, so something is happening. The change feels subtle rather than dramatic, yet each day seems a bit better and more rested. It seems to raise the quality of the sleep obtained without adding hours; still only five or six but they feel more efficient.

A certain homeopathic option at 30C strength can also support better rest.

Used as needed for about six months. Early on I was taking 1 mg nightly without realizing it and fell asleep within thirty to forty minutes while waking up feeling great, like childhood rest. Lowered the dose once I understood the amounts. The lower level no longer knocks me out the same way but still delivers solid results.

That sounds promising; makes me want to try the higher amount you started with.

Beginning a different cycle this week and had considered the nasal route but will hold off until after a couple weeks on the new items.

PlainKettle39archiveAug 10

After a few weeks the only change noticed is a mild morning headache at 300 mcg.
