Hi all, I combined tesamorelin and ipamorelin with retatrutide inside one vial to cut down on the number of shots, and the reaction happened right away. This makes me wonder whether it is okay to give tesamorelin/ipamorelin and retatrutide within minutes of each other or even on the same day.
Just keep them out of the same syringe and avoid injecting into the exact same spot and you should be fine.

From what I understand you should never mix anything besides another GLP-1 in the same syringe. When I first started I tried putting MOTS-c and a GLP-1 together in one syringe and it turned solid.
If you prefer not to use pens, the small insulin syringes available at the pharmacy work well for me.

The heat is already building here and it makes clear thinking tougher. MOTS-c tends to be one of the peptides more likely to trigger a systemic immune response like anaphylaxis, especially with IM use. Adding anything else to it, even just in the syringe, could raise that risk further.
Those compounds aren't intended for combination with others inside one container or injection tool. I've combined various additional substances as part of my usual daily schedule without running into any problems.

I got the same gelling result when I accidentally tried to reconstitute semaglutide using my glutathione and vitamin C mixture. The vials were almost identical in size. That was my worst peptide mix-up so far, but at least it gelled instead of staying liquid.
