Reta & Mot-C

Summary

Anyone else getting hot flashes or disorientation on a Reta and Mot-C stack, and how are people dosing or cycling it?

One user on 3 mg Reta weekly for 11 weeks plus 2.5 mg Mot-C three times weekly for three weeks reports morning hot flashes lasting over an hour with mild disorientation. Dosing occurs in the morning before food or exercise. Suggestions include lowering the Mot-C dose or first priming with SS31, while the original user notes early fatigue that is now lifting and plans to reduce the dose to test if symptoms stop.

Hello everyone. For the past 11 weeks I've been taking 3 mg of Reta weekly, and for the last 3 weeks I've added 2.5 mg of Mot-C three times per week. A couple of times I've woken up with intense hot flashes that go on for over an hour along with some disorientation. Has this happened to others?

When during the day do you take the MOTs and the reta?

I do both in the morning on an empty stomach before exercising.

From what I've looked into on mots c, starting with ss31 at 1mg for one or two weeks first, then doing 1mg mots c in a 5 days on 2 off pattern works better. Perhaps reduce the mots c amount?

How is that combination working for you? I've considered trying mots but haven't started yet.

So far it's been good. There was initial tiredness but my energy seems to be recovering now. I'm planning to cut back on the dose to check if it gets rid of the hot flashes that occurred a few times.
