It's true fellow peppers! I really crossed below the 200 pound mark laughing. I make it to the gym once a week or twice if I'm up for it, otherwise just walking the neighborhood and running after my six year old granddaughter. Started at 235 now at 199 aiming for 180. Fifty seven year old guy five foot six on five milligrams tirzepatide plus one point five reta every six days. Feeling really excited about this. Might not seem like much weight to some folks but that extra and my terrible eating habits were really hurting me. I grabbed a bag of apples from Costco instead of the usual huge pack of cookies. Both my parents passed young from diabetes and kidney trouble which pushed me to begin this path. Thanks to everyone in this group for passing along what they know and have gone through.

Hell yeah brother keep it up!

I've been unable to move past 228 across these past few weeks. It must feel just as rough on your side. This kind of thing clearly takes its time for sure. Solid effort on your part though. Well done.

I wondered if you'd experimented with including additional factors as I see it. Several weeks earlier I reached a small plateau. That's the moment I began attaching weights to my standard exercise walks and cardio activities which got things moving again. It wasn't identical to those early days yet it helped regain the momentum I desired.

Everything's going well for me. Shedding weight forms just a minor aspect of what I'm aiming for. I've started strength training and notice improvements in my power each week. My eating habits are spot on. There's nothing I'd change about how things are going. Shedding extra weight alone would be straightforward if that was my only aim. My target is a toned and solid physique. I have no desire to shed a ton of weight only to end up looking bad afterward. Taking it gradually is my way. Things will come together eventually.

IronLedger65archiveJun 10

That's great progress. Stick with your efforts and the target will come up real soon.

Good for you! πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘

Appreciate the response! Can't wait to review my upcoming lab results. Hoping to drop at least one from the three hypertension pills I've relied on over the past decade 🀞🏾

Wow, reaching this point feels like quite the achievement.

PatientAlder89archiveJun 11

That's wonderful news! I'm thrilled about this for you.

GreyCompass27archiveJun 11

Awesome achievement! My measurements match up pretty closely in every area. Even so, I believe a divine force is stopping me from falling under that two hundred pound mark. With a chuckle, excellent work!

GreyCinder78archiveJun 11

You're doing an amazing job! Although the passage of time isn't important, I'm interested in knowing the duration of your present routine.

AmberCinder18archiveJun 11

Fantastic!!! Reaching this point deserves a party! πŸŽ‰

RustBeacon82archiveJun 11

You've made it into Onderland now, well done.

SharpCompass12archiveJun 11

Wow I'm really thrilled for you! What led you to trying them together? How have they been working out?

PatientFenwick91archiveJun 11

That's impressive progress. Such a milestone. I figure it makes matching your granddaughter's pace much less of a challenge now.

CopperBeacon14archiveJun 11

Wow, that's great news! It seems like just the other day when I hit onederland myself, and since then I've dropped another 36 pounds beyond the 40 I already lost by then! You're doing great! πŸ’ͺ

Man even a guy hooked on munching treats like me pulled it off so most people ought to manage fine. That treatment eased my nonstop urge for sugary snacks which lifted my odds of coming out on top quite a bit. Rooting for you buddy!

Two weeks back I began using the 1.5 version of that compound after browsing threads here and looking at how others set up their combinations. I handle the first medication on Tuesdays and the newer one on Saturdays so their strongest effects line up separately.

WryCinder14archiveJun 11
↳ replying to @SharpCompass12

Appreciate the suggestion! I started the 1.5 dose of reta about fourteen days back after browsing discussions here and looking at how others combined things. I take tirz midweek and reta toward the weekend to maximize the high points of each one. The reta gave me much stronger fullness signals even though I still feel like having meals, if that adds up. Food really appeals to me and I find making it enjoyable. It looks like reta helped restore some of my usual interest in that area. Might come across as strange but it matches what happened.

Wow reaching those targets feels incredible right now I'm fighting to reach my own target figure sitting at two hundred twelve and shooting for one hundred fifty five working on lowering every stat while moving away from an inactive routine.

PatientMeadow16archiveJun 13

Thrilled about your success here. It brings me real joy. My weight hasn't dipped below that level since elementary school. Way to go!

SteadyWillow85archiveJun 13

That's awesome! I really enjoy noticing when big goals get reached!

SteadyTimber49archiveJun 13

Wow! Reaching onederland had me thrilled as well. What a nice feeling.

Hey, you've got this, my friend! In a different thread discussing things everyone longs for, I mentioned that my biggest loss was stuffing myself and then dozing off on the sofa afterward. This treatment really assisted me in escaping that loop. Simply strolling about has brought huge benefits. Hoping you achieve your goals πŸ’ͺ🏾

Understood! Mine happened last year during Air Force service, and that feels like forever back now πŸ˜‚ I stretched what my short 5'6" build could manage since our bunch skipped the toughest fitness standards πŸ˜‰

My remark about sixth grade was over the top, although that matches how it seems. Several years after release I swelled up massively from overeating and kept piling more on. The blame rests entirely with me. These days I'm facing the consequences while progressing each day. Members of this group provide inspiration, humor, and new insights on every visit. You can manage!

SlowThistle88archiveJun 13

After leaving the Air Force my weight shot up fast. Softball was my way of trying to hold it back, yet my meals and workouts never measured up. Over the past two years I've pushed harder to drop pounds, and now with these glp meds plus a steady routine I feel more sure I can stay at a decent size.
