Yesterday marked the beginning of my first injection with this new medication at a low dose of 0.125 milligrams. Up to now I have experienced hardly any negative reactions aside from minor lightheadedness and zero stomach upset. I suffer from irritable bowel syndrome along with being twenty to twenty five pounds above my ideal range. Aiming for one hundred eighty pounds while starting from between two hundred and two hundred five, the idea is to use this for three to four months in hopes of shedding ten to fifteen pounds. Following that period I plan to discontinue and move on to a different option possibly paired with another peptide for eliminating leftover midsection fat and intestinal swelling. Somewhere in the process I expect to include two additional peptides aimed at improving the bowel problem. Let's see how it goes folks.

You will probably lose weight with that approach. I prefer Tirzepatide though and would start there instead. It tends to work faster and brings extra health perks Ozempic lacks. Someone will likely chime in soon pushing Reta from the start.

I've removed alcohol from everything I consume as well. Keeping that up during the World Cup should be tough though πŸ€”

It looks like someone else has already started heading down the path with the triple agonist. Once my weight comes down thanks to Ozempic, I intend to move across to Retatrutide so I can drop a little extra fat. I wonder how many weeks I ought to pause before beginning the new one to give the old medication time to leave my system.

Wishing you the best with the road ahead. You've got what it takes.

Chances are I'll go ahead, though my mind isn't fully settled at this point.

Three days into this medication and I haven't noticed any unwanted reactions at all. There's been no stomach issues, no feeling sick, and no tiredness to speak of. Absolutely none! What stands out is how much more water I want to drink these days, which leads to frequent bathroom trips. So far the scale shows a small loss around a pound, though I suspect it's mainly from fluids leaving my system.

Fascinated by GLP on a broad scale along with BPC for addressing intestinal swelling since I deal with UC I question whether relief might follow.

I'd toss KPV in there too for any swelling along the digestive tract.

I'm doubtful about relying on BPC for extended control. Based on my observations it lowers certain inflammatory signals such as tumor necrosis factor alpha and interleukin 6 yet leaves the underlying issue untouched.

UC like issues have no cure anyway meaning all the meds pep included or not only help make symptoms better

Man, this treatment is really effective. Not even a full week has passed yet and my abs are already becoming visible. Plus the amount I'm taking remains pretty low right now πŸ™‚

Lately I've moved over to alcohol-free brews. My drinking had already slowed down a lot, so the only thing I miss is getting a headache now and then after visiting next door. The flavor still appeals to me, so picking up a zero-proof option has helped satisfy that craving minus the buzz from booze that I'd become weary of anyway.

Having my sixth vodka mixed with lime, and the liquor seems to affect me more intensely than in the past prior to this medication. It feels odd, but that's what's occurring right now.

I realized my urge for beer lessened way more than my urge for food since starting this.
