Summary

How can someone lose over 30 pounds in six weeks while gaining muscle using peptides and other compounds?

One user reports dropping from 230 to 197 pounds in six weeks with a detailed peptide regimen including retatrutide, HGH, and blends, plus added steps and sleep improvements. DEXA showed a 3-pound muscle gain despite the deficit. Others question the sustainability of such rapid loss, potential gallbladder risks, and whether lean mass readings truly reflect muscle. Later discussion covers FOXO4-DRI for inflammation relief and a metabolic reset via reverse dieting.

What this discussion establishesWhere people disagree

Whether DEXA truly proves muscle growth versus water retention from HGH or other agents; whether 5+ pounds per week is safe or advisable.

Still open

Long-term sustainability of the protocol and whether rapid loss will produce loose skin or other issues.

Nothing here is advice.

I focused hard and followed through on every step. I stayed fixated on keeping all habits steady without fail. This counts as my opening success marker. My next aim sits at 180. Beginning weight 270 current weight 197 target weight 140. Over the prior four weeks my routine looked like this.
Subcutaneous shots and biological items
Retatrutide called for six milligrams each week injected on Thursdays from the freeze dried vial. Human growth hormone meant seven standard daily shots under the skin each evening across every day. The blend of bpc tb ghk and kpv required seven standard daily shots under the skin each evening across every day. Mots c totaled fifteen milligrams split as five milligrams each morning on three specific weekdays. Ss thirty one came to seven milligrams split as one milligram each morning across every day. Five amino one mq injectable totaled thirty five milligrams split as five milligrams each morning across every day. Nad plus ranged from seventy five to one hundred fifty milligrams split as twenty five to fifty milligrams each morning on three specific days. Epitalon totaled thirty five milligrams split as five milligrams each evening across every day.
Daily oral medicines and additions
Enclomiphene oral totaled between eighty seven point five and one hundred seventy five milligrams split as twelve point five to twenty five milligrams each morning right after waking. Acetyl l carnitine totaled fourteen thousand milligrams split as two thousand milligrams each morning alongside the single meal. R alpha lipoic acid totaled fourteen hundred milligrams split as two hundred milligrams each morning alongside the single meal. Pyrroloquinoline quinone totaled one hundred forty milligrams split as twenty milligrams each morning alongside the single meal. Coenzyme q ten ranged from seven hundred to fourteen hundred milligrams split as one hundred to two hundred milligrams each morning alongside the single meal. Tauroursodeoxycholic acid totaled seventeen hundred fifty milligrams split as two hundred fifty milligrams each morning alongside the single meal. Creatine monohydrate totaled thirty five grams split as five grams each morning stirred into the shake.
Daily whole foods powders and prep
Seven high protein keto base meals eaten daily between eight forty five and ten in the morning. Seven extra protein portions of chicken salmon or beef eaten daily next to the base meal. Whey isolate powder totaled twenty eight scoops split as four scoops providing over seventy grams protein each morning. Athletic greens totaled seven scoops split as one scoop each morning stirred into the shake. Essential amino acids totaled three scoops with one scoop added to the recovery drink only on lift days. Unflavored electrolyte mix of sodium potassium and magnesium kept on hand daily mixed into water and sipped through the afternoon fast period.
Lifting happened three times weekly inside the gym. Fifteen thousand steps on an incline happened daily. Results have been solid so far. Early on the drop felt slower than hoped yet after holding the pattern for a full month the scale began moving down by half a pound up to a full pound each day.

Impressive effort there. Maintaining muscle or even building more of it during a fat reduction phase shows real dedication. Stick with the training and avoid feeling down as the pace decreases. Progress naturally tapers off nearer to the target yet that does not indicate a lack of results. Well done.

Got my newest scan results back and they show three pounds of muscle added over the previous month. This makes me think my current routine is working out. πŸ™‚

It's surprising that 33 pounds came off in just six weeks while muscle actually went up. Subtracting five kilos right away for water loss still leaves ten kilos over six weeks, which works out to around 1.66 kilograms each week. That matches a weekly energy shortfall of 12800 calories or roughly 1800 per day. Building muscle seems unlikely when the body is breaking down tissue due to such a large daily shortage.

It's surprising to me too. The bulk of the drop happened recently over a fortnight. During the opening month my weight only dropped from two hundred thirty down to two hundred nineteen. After that I included some new additions along with getting improved rest and beginning to take ten to fifteen thousand steps daily which made it seem as though I dropped about a pound daily according to the readings. At first I figured this meant shedding significant lean tissue yet the measurement indicated greater lean tissue compared to the initial one.

WarmAnchor46archiveJun 15

Hard to figure out how to respond here. This regimen looks overwhelming. Still if everything is working out well then that's great. I wonder whether it can last over time. You probably can tweak things whenever necessary. Thanks for letting us see what you're using. Your belly probably resembles a well-used pin cushion after all those. Even with just three substances per week mine is similar. Maybe you can provide the milligram details for the blend in question. It consists of those four peptides needing daily shots under the skin seven times weekly before bed from Monday to Sunday.

I spent a bunch of time looking into mixing several things together for a single injection. My idea was mainly about using fewer needles instead of protecting my abdomen. In truth just that one blend ever causes pain or any kind of response. My midsection feels okay or perhaps improved since it got leaner. Those blends come already mixed in 80 milligram containers which means the amounts end up as 2.5 of GHK plus 0.4 milligrams of the rest.

Wondering about the amount being used each day with KLOW. A suggestion of 3.2 mg every day has caught my eye. Grateful once more for the routines provided.

AmberQuill88archiveJun 15
↳ replying to @WarmAnchor46

Those amounts from my earlier comment are the exact ones I use each day in that mix. It breaks down to 2.5mg GHK-CU plus 400mcg apiece across KPV TB500 and BP-157.

SteadyQuill55archiveJun 15

Does fast weight drop raise flags for the bile organ? My own rate stayed under two pounds each week following the first ten pounds of fluid loss, so those issues didn't concern me much, though quicker might warrant attention.

I had concerns about this too. The fat reduction occurred very quickly, making it difficult to explain. For that purpose, I'm using numerous supplements aimed at the liver and gallbladder. Next week, I plan to include an additional one to provide more assistance. Still, I don't expect the current pace of fat reduction to persist. It's strange that things are unfolding like this.

That's great advancement! What impact does the motc have on you? I have no idea how old you are, though I'm getting on in years myself. I've come across information suggesting that those of us who are older should use ss31 beforehand to boost the vitality impact.

AmberQuill88archiveAug 4

When using MOTS-C I found I could push through extended cardio sessions before feeling worn out, something that did not happen during breaks from it. After finishing a twelve-week stretch I have stopped for the time being. SS31 created no clear shifts for me personally, yet my dad noticed strong ones. He keeps using both that compound and MOTS-C. Clear gains only showed up for him once he completed the FOX04-DRI protocol. Weight loss then stalled even though intake stayed low, as my system seemed to push back. I slowly raised daily calories from twelve hundred to twenty-two hundred while holding steady without any rebound. After starting replacement therapy I intend to begin cutting again soon. The pause let me shift attention toward adding muscle instead.

You've piqued my interest. Can you tell me about the FOXO4 therapy? What results did it bring him? What age does your dad have?

NorthFenwick56archiveAug 4

Wow that sounds promising so I plan to search it out soon. My osteoarthritis diagnosis came only a short while back and dealing with it feels miserable since the discomfort stays pretty constant. Should it actually help I might end up wanting to ask you to marry me. Goodness that would leave me overjoyed. Grateful you passed along the details.

I'm actually a guy. This avatar appeals to me since I created it during my earlier days. Always examine FOX04-DRI closely before choosing to try it. My father described the shots as extremely painful compared to GHK-CU. I administered them into his ventroglute area to reduce the discomfort. He still has five vials left for a winter follow-up round that makes him nervous. The results pleased him a lot though. It counts as the priciest peptide around. I could also share the schedule he followed. Research matters since we located almost no guidance on the process online.

AmberQuill88archiveAug 4

Continuing under the skin. Nerves show less irritation in that spot whether into muscle or fat layers. Brought minor relief though discomfort lingered according to his experience.

↳ replying to @AmberQuill88

Yeah the price really adds up fast. North of the border certain outlets list it high for each small bottle. Was your dad using multiple units for every session? How did you locate the guidelines for that?

AmberQuill88archiveAug 4
↳ replying to @NorthFenwick56

He dosed at ten milligrams on alternate days and doubled that amount for the final one. An experience shared by a sixty seven year old male who achieved positive outcomes after his course inspired us to follow the same steps. It turned out the instructions originated in a social media thread unfortunately. Such methods are quite unproven at this point. Our batch consisted of ten containers each holding ten milligrams. The cost appeared lower than the one referenced.

NorthFenwick56archiveAug 4

I spotted something comparable in another spot. Where might I find those directions you mentioned, either by linking to the discussion on reddit or by sharing the details right in this thread? Being fairly new here, the private message choice doesn't appear available to me yet. What details can you give on the joint discomfort your dad dealt with, such as the spots affected and how intense it felt, if any joint surgeries came up, and what the situation looks like these days?

Seeing a loss of 33 pounds inside just 6 weeks strikes me as quite impressive. Though maybe the speed was a little excessive. Regardless good work on reaching that point.

AmberQuill88archiveAug 5
↳ replying to @ClearBeacon24

Progress came to a complete stop for thirty days after that, which was pretty funny. So I ended up needing to slowly add calories back while moving heavy weights before any further gains showed up.

PatientHarbour61archiveAug 5

Those body composition tests aren't really checking muscle but instead total lean tissue. That category factors in every bit of fluid you're carrying and given the hormones along with creatine that you're using it leads to extra water being held.

PlainAlder11archiveAug 5
↳ replying to @SteadyQuill55

I feel the same about the other point too. My own results showed roughly two point one pounds lost each week on average. Such fast reduction really does nothing for the extra skin problem. Yeah, five point five pounds per week definitely counts as too fast.

AmberQuill88archiveAug 5
↳ replying to @PlainAlder11

I didn't end up with any sagging skin after all. There's no doubt in my mind that about half the pounds I shed were probably just excess fluid. The sudden whoosh drop that occurred made this clear to me.
