How long before introducing something new to your stack?

Summary

how long to wait before adding new peptides after starting retatrutide

Users report spacing additions about a month apart once the initial compound is underway. One person added items monthly starting from mid-March, while another suggested waiting a full month because retatrutide levels keep rising for roughly three weeks after any dose change. Several participants plan to reach a stable maintenance dose before layering anything else, and one offered a humorous near-zero wait time.

I've only been using Reta for a few weeks and am still raising my dose toward the target. So far it's gone smoothly, with six pounds lost and just a bit of stomach upset on day one. I'm close to satisfied with how fast I feel full and probably need another half to one milligram per week. Looking into other peptides such as GHK-Cu, MOTS-c, and MT-2, the usual advice is to space them out so you can tell what each one does on its own, though the right interval varies. I'm curious what general waiting period people follow before adding the next item. My own thought is at least until my Reta dose has settled.

I began Reta in mid March, added KLOW in mid April, then started CJC/Ipa in mid May. Roughly a month between each one. I've kept the same Reta dose since mid April.

Thanks! When you add the next one, can you tell a difference right away?

I'd let the Reta run for about a month. Its half-life means levels keep building for roughly twenty days after you start or raise a dose before they plateau.

Funny timing, I'm in basically the same spot. Just finished week five on Reta and have been increasing slowly for personal reasons. I was considering starting KLOW this week along with getting back into weight training. An old injury and other factors make me want to try KLOW. If I go ahead I'll check back in with an update.

I'm all for trying new things quickly. I usually wait around three hundred seconds before adding something else, now down to two hundred ninety-five.
