Is it fine to take Cagri at night? I am considering starting tonight at 0.25 mg but will wait until morning if it tends to keep people awake.

I took my second 0.25 mg dose last night before bed and slept fine.

Perfect. I will try the new peptide tonight then.
I started at 250 mcg with no effect. At 0.5 mg I had slight nausea for a few hours then nothing. Planning to raise to 750 mcg next week. I am also on 6 mg Retatrutide.
How has that worked out for you? Would love an update on how things are going.
I pin NAD+ too when the tiredness from Triz shows up now and then. Just took my second Cargi dose and added the NAD+ shot at the same time to try and head off any fatigue.

Things have been very good so far. Still doing the two 3 mg Reta shots each week, which worked fine until about four or five weeks back when a bit of food noise crept in again. Since then I've added .250 mg of Cagri every Wednesday night and now I have no interest in food or appetite at all. Down about 17 kilos since the 9th of June and really happy with that. Still have more to lose but this gives me what I need. The total absence of food noise has been huge for me. It used to be there every minute, worrying about what was in the fridge and how quickly I could finish it so I could have more. Having that completely out of my head feels strange, almost like losing something familiar the way quitting drugs did, yet it's a bigger relief overall. I can focus on normal stuff instead of being pulled toward food and flavors all the time.

Thanks for saying that. I've got a vial of C here but I'm nervous about starting it. I get exactly what you mean though, the nonstop food thoughts in my head are exhausting.
Hi, I'm new to the forum. I've been using Reta for around two months, going up from 2 to 5 mg but haven't seen much change. I also didn't respond to the branded version of tirz. I've seen many folks adding cagri when they reach 6 mg of reta and wonder why that dose specifically. Should I keep raising my Reta dose for a while or start with cagri now? Appreciate any thoughts.

I'd suggest pushing the Reta dose up more or trying more frequent shots first. Cagri definitely kills food noise. No reason to add such a strong compound when you've only been on Reta for two months, from what I think.

Thanks, that helps calm me down. My lack of results with tirz has me a little worried, so it's good to get that input.

No worries, that's the point of this place. I want to steer you away from the usual error of ramping up too fast. Adding more peptides just raises the chance of sides. Give your system time to settle in. Two months on Reta is still early days. You could also try dosing every five days instead of seven and check the results.
Glad it's helping you. Don't hesitate to go up to 5 mg once it plateaus, because that always happens. The issue with cagri is it works great at first but then fades after a while. Eloralintide holds up better, even if it costs more and is harder to find.
Checking in on how your cagri is going. Any fatigue hitting you? I'm looking to deal with cravings and food noise myself—tirz is doing its job but those evening snack urges are really annoying right now.
