Offhand I can think of PT-141, HCG, and maybe oxytocin.
Trying to put together something to raise libido. Mine has always been on the low side and now it's basically gone while on reta. The wife wants more attention so what are the options?
Users report PT-141, MT-2, oxytocin, HCG, kisspeptin, and daily low-dose Cialis as options that have worked for them. Several note that PT-141 and MT-2 require hours to take effect and are best used intermittently to avoid desensitization. TRT plus daily Cialis is described as more reliable for ongoing interest than the peptides alone. Practical issues like timing, side effects, and monitoring are discussed throughout.
What this discussion establishesSome prefer peptides for targeted effects while others find TRT plus Cialis superior for daily function; opinions differ on whether microdosing PT-141 sustains interest or only works acutely.
Still openWhether kisspeptin or oxytocin will be practical or effective for most users in this context
Nothing here is advice.

Offhand I can think of PT-141, HCG, and maybe oxytocin.
HCG really needs close tracking of testosterone, estrogen, hematocrit and so on, plus baseline labs first. A vial of PT-141 can be found from various sellers when available. Men can begin around half to one milligram since the usual dose is aimed at women. It can take six hours or longer to kick in. I sometimes use small amounts just for a mood lift. Daily Cialis at five milligrams or more is another route for libido or nitric oxide support. Stacking any of these raises the chance of priapism, and some other meds carry that risk too. Oxytocin seems more delicate than HGH and I ran into reconstitution trouble with the one vial I tried. Many users complain about its very short half life.
We've had good results on both sides at home. My wife went on HRT pellets with estradiol and testosterone plus daily troches that include oxytocin and sildenafil. I take twenty-five milligrams of test and ten milligrams of Cialis every day, keeping a couple stronger options on hand for when needed. The smoke detectors have been turned off.
PT-141 can be very effective for libido but figuring out the right amount and timing takes time. For me it needs several hours. My wife tends to just get sleepy and head to bed.
Kisspeptin has research indicating it may help with low sex drive.
Or just eat some Russian beet soup, lol.
Funny thing, I've actually visited Russia. Never tried borscht once though.
PT-141, MT-2, and oxytocin do work, but for guys it can get uncomfortable just walking around.
I spotted a couple of fresh reports online about how injecting a certain hormone might ease reduced libido issues for both sexes according to a pair of recent investigations.
Bremelanotide is an FDA-approved drug for menopausal women that also works well for men. The standard amount is one point seven five milligrams, though I've had results anywhere from five hundred micrograms up to that level depending on how long the effect is wanted. It takes about four to five hours for me. It's a solid weekend option, just don't plan on going anywhere.
Can microdosing PT-141 help with everyday libido and interest, or does it only work like sildenafil where you have to time it?
Have your testosterone levels been checked? TRT plus daily Cialis helped me more than anything else. Not sure how old you are, but over forty it's worth getting checked.
I like Cialis more than Viagra. I have both plus some stronger options for emergencies. When these run out I'm not sure what comes next.
All the dosing information I've seen says no more than twice a week to prevent receptor desensitization.
I have to praise your choice to care for your spouse πππ
I can't tell if this needs to be taken each day or only at certain times when it comes up.
As needed. No more than one dose in twenty-four hours and no more than eight doses a month is the guidance. Some people microdose MT-2 which gives a similar but milder effect. Results vary.
Also planning to explore that one next. Still need to test it out myself, though the details I've seen make it seem worth checking. Solid discussion, keeping it around.
Adding to the list.
I've seen those stronger combination options on some lists. They always make me laugh. Don't need them yet but good to know they're there for later.
Multiple discussions mention MT-2 performing well, so now I'm wondering whether anyone has actually gotten results from it.
Yes, MT-2 works on the same MC4R receptor as PT-141. Basically MT-1 plus PT-141 equals MT-2. The MT-1 part causes the skin color changes while the PT-141 part handles the sexual effects, so MT-2 does both. If you want both effects take MT-2. If you only want one, take the piece that targets that receptor.
Tried 1.75 mg. People mention flushing and nausea but I only had a short bit of the nausea, no flushing at all. Lower amounts I tested earlier did nothing. 45-year-old woman here whose drive has disappeared, possibly tied to GLP or perimenopause. After the shot it took roughly two hours. Felt like a mental barrier keeping me uninterested just lifted, not a circulation thing down there, but suddenly I was up for getting into bed. Makes sense if PT-141 works on the head side. Stick to the usual amount because you need to reach a certain level before it kicks in. Nausea can be eased by eating something and it passed quickly anyway.
Appreciate the details, definitely planning to test it out.
Been using 1 mg together with my girlfriend. Brings back that teenage closeness, the warmth, all of it. Iβm 34 with no real issues but we decided to try something new. My guy looked more filled out and thicker than usual, didnβt even recognize him at first haha.
Anyone had any luck with the nasal version of PT-141? How did it work compared to the injection under the skin?
