Love handles - and how to lose them?

19 replies14 peopleJul 2, 2026☆ Follow
Summary

How to lose the last stubborn love handles and lower belly fat while already lean on peptides and training?

The thread shows that love handles require dropping below roughly 18% body fat through continued calorie deficit, OMAD, and resistance work. Progress is slow in those spots so tracking with calipers or scans helps more than visual checks. Extreme short-term measures like heavy LISS or aggressive deficits can accelerate loss but are not sustainable for long. Quick cosmetic options such as liposuction are mentioned but rejected by the original poster.

What this discussion establishesWhere people disagree

Some see results possible in a few weeks with extreme measures while others report still having love handles even at very low weights like 160 lb

Whether the current peptide stack or added compounds will meaningfully speed up loss in the final stubborn areas

Nothing here is advice.

Currently running Reta at 10 mg. Weight dropped from 118 kg to 88 kg with consistent gym work. Shoulders, chest, arms and legs are all improving and abs are starting to appear. Body fat is around 18 percent with one small flap still on the belly. Estrogen is mildly elevated from the HCG, Kisspeptin, Enclo and Testagen but testosterone is also up. Adding Tesa and HGH has helped so far. Any suggestions for clearing the last bit over the next few weeks besides Clen and Var?

Keeping at the simple stuff without rushing has worked out for me, just like folks say your stomach muscles come from what you eat.

Reta has me doing OMAD because I rarely feel hungry at all these days so my eating consists of one meal with shakes and electrolytes.

I handled my routine that way while on the medication. As someone eating once daily I focused on consuming enough protein while keeping fluids up.

I needed my body fat under eighteen percent before those side bulges and stomach area finally went away. There really is nothing else involved. I just stayed consistent with the approach I already had going.

I'd like to know the method behind your body fat calculation.

I kept going with my routine and began tracking the stubborn spots using calipers every week or so. Those tricky zones around the sides and midsection can feel discouraging at times. The fat there comes off at a slow pace so the numbers help show changes that aren't obvious from just looking in the mirror.

Expecting results that fast seems unrealistic based on what happened for me. I dropped all the way to one hundred sixty pounds yet the issue never went away.

CopperAlder51archiveJul 3

My weight sits close to one hundred eighty and those things are still around. I feel somewhat fortunate about it though since this is the only spot where pinning KLOW feels okay to me.

I need to persist with dropping body weight but target the fat specifically. I'll have to keep my nutrition dialed in properly and perform weight lifting sessions to hold onto or build up my lean tissue. It's certain that some muscle gets shed when fat comes off, meaning I'll have to put in the effort to replace what's lost and even gain extra.

I think those two compounds should have been mentioned too. That steroid helps remove water and offers some minor support on the side. Reaching lower body fat percentages seems tougher according to my experience. Basically everything comes down to eating fewer calories while keeping muscle intact, and your other medication aids in that area. Increasing the amount of easy cardio is also key. You referred to the period ahead. Based on my calculations at low fat levels, extreme dieting lets me drop a pound of fat each couple of days. However this pace cannot continue for long. Hence the whole process will likely extend further.

I'm measuring with basic instruments these days. A scan is on my mind for sometime soon.

I reached a stage where long sessions of easy cardio turned into my main approach. I took up walking steep slopes for many hours each week. Over time my system started burning off the excess once I stuck with it. Yeah that fat around the back really holds on.

I'd prefer jamming that steroid straight into my backside instead.

I wonder whether it truly accelerates the burning of fat. In any case, I underwent a procedure to extract eleven pounds from the area around my middle, including both the top and bottom sections of my stomach. It turned out to be the greatest choice I've made.

This creates a fuller firmer and more compact shape overall. Only that part holds any weight. The steamy girls season draws near.

I checked into the topic and found it performs effectively!

The treatment excels with resistant fat through eliminating cells and thus avoiding future accumulation. Moreover it comes without any soreness or inconvenience.

Also taking enclo here on day three at that dosage level curious about the outcome and wondering why combine it with kisspeptin plus HCG as well.
