Plenty of threads this year cover this topic. Given how much you've already lost and how much more you want to lose, Reta looks like the stronger option based on trial results. Adding another peptide like cagri also seems reasonable for the scale of drop you're aiming for. I lost 10 lb on Tirz in the first month, then switched to Reta and dropped another 58 lb over about 24 weeks, not counting a few pounds from creatine. I agree it's worth focusing on the better price per mg, which usually means going with the larger vials.
Hi everyone. Thanks in advance for any experiences or thoughts. I'm on 15 mg of Tirz right now after losing 85 lb in the first year. I still want to drop another 125-150 lb. My diet is steady with 200 g of protein daily, lifting three times a week and doing HIIT cardio twice a week. I'm thinking about adding Reta to what I'm already doing. I figure I could start at a higher dose, even though slow titration is the usual advice, because I'd rather buy a stronger strength to cut down on how many times I need to reorder. Appreciate the read and any input.
