Summary

what happens when mixing semaglutide tirzepatide retatrutide and cagrilintide into one vial for injection

One user reconstituted four peptides at second-tier concentrations then combined 25 units of each into a single vial for a 25-unit dose expected to deliver combined effects. They and their roommate reported good appetite suppression with no side effects after small test doses. Other participants called the approach reckless and warned of severe prolonged gastrointestinal distress or unknown interactions from mixing. Some asked about pH effects or suggested separate injections while the original poster continued and invited status upgrades.

What this discussion establishesWhere people disagree

whether the mixture is merely inadvisable or outright dangerous versus an interesting self-experiment worth tracking

Still open

long-term safety efficacy after mixing and whether pH or stability issues actually occurred

Nothing here is advice.

Have you ever thought about combining various peptides into a single container and then administering it? Now I don't have to wonder. I've created a blend with cagrilintide, tirzepatide, semaglutide, and retatrutide. Each one was prepared separately so that 25 units delivers a moderate amount for me. That means the semaglutide container holds it at .5mg per 25 units, same approach for the others with their respective amounts. I drew 25 units from every container and combined them together in one. This resulted in a mixture where 100 units contain .5mg sema, .5mg cagri, 5mg tirz, and 5mg reta. Because each component matches a moderate dose in 25 units, taking 25 units of the mix should give similar moderate results. To test, I tried just 10 units first. Thankfully nothing bad occurred, unlike my silly thought that it might end me. No clumping happened in the mix, even though some folks predicted issues with combining these. My stomach has been a bit off with loose stools and gas, but that matches what happened after using cagri alone last time. Hunger feels reduced right now, though I've used reta and cagri recently as well. Thinking of trying the full 25 units next day, and I'll share how it goes. The point was just to experiment and find if blending helps avoid unwanted effects from some while getting better control over appetite than others provide alone.

I'm always stunned by the stuff that pops up in these discussions. That proposal makes zero sense whatsoever. Incidentally the substance isn't classified as a GLP-1 type so there's no GLP-4 option here.

I don't get why anyone would pile things together when mixing it all up could finally settle whether the whole thing combines smoothly. Spotting ridges along my spine isn't alarming because they have to be the start of some heavenly feathers pushing through.

This catches my attention. Seems risky and I wouldn't attempt it myself, yet I'm quite curious how your trial plays out. Let me know the results.

CopperAlder51archiveJan 2

Hard pass. Nope not happening.

I put together something that shows the details with greater precision.

I haven't gone through getting ill after taking too much of those compounds myself. Still, the whole thing feels awful. It starts with gas, burping and loose bowels, then shifts fast to being stuck in bed for days feeling sicker than any flu. It probably won't end anything, yet you end up wasting those days until the stuff leaves your system. Hope it goes well for you.

Honestly I'm puzzled about the reason for choosing that option. It just raises the chance of major adverse reactions.

Theoretically, keeping each one apart without combining them could help avoid clumping or other reactions. This approach leads to four separate injections at varied locations rather than a single one, though performing them across different days remains possible.

Yesterday my housemate administered ten units of glp4 and noticed nothing except helpful changes. Today I gave myself fifteen units and felt solid hunger control along with zero drawbacks. The whole thing earns a perfect score and I would try it once more. I will post updates if trouble appears. Could my rank move up from glp1 beginner to glp4 inventor?

What are my standard weekly doses for reta, tirz, cagri and sema? Was I already combining many substances before starting this? Does blending four peptides with a bold partner match the wild events known as freakoffs?

Being in the hospital meant I never got to appreciate the food properly. That was the most annoying thing for me.

IronThistle53archiveJan 3

These things last way longer than people think. You might not notice any downsides or changes until weeks later, and they can come on little by little or all at once. I put this out there but ignore it as much as you like. Maybe line up the coverage, the will, and sort the rest of your stuff.

QuietBeacon64archiveJan 3

Why avoid the more powerful choices out there? When jumping into an effort like this one, either go all in or don't bother at all. (To shield myself from blame if someone tries anyway and ends up with a grim result from their own use of these substances, I'm only kidding here.)

SharpCinder28archiveJan 4

Any update? I see you were online this morning or afternoon. So still alive.

Yeah it appears to function really effectively. Haven't noticed any problems.

QuietAlder25archiveJan 5

I was wondering whether an acidic liquid was used to dissolve the material. The resulting low acidity level could end up harming the peptide bonds and leaving the product nonfunctional.

SharpCinder28archiveJan 5

I find it hard to believe bro science includes buffering of any sort.

True, after examining that cagri ph topic i realized it's nonsense.

I'm mixing 1.25mg Sema together with 2mg Reta right now and intend to raise the Reta amount while cutting back on Sema gradually unless stronger appetite control becomes necessary later. Earlier attempts combining Sema with Cagri brought on terrible constipation. This week I took my second Reta shot. Next week I plan to reach 4mg Reta to restart progress after a long plateau and then raise the dose only once each month. Sema goes in on Mondays while Reta lands on Thursdays. So far it looks like things are moving again and that six-month plateau could finally end. At the highest point I reached 3mg Sema plus 1mg Cagri yet the only result was constipation extreme enough that I nearly visited the ER but enemas got me through it and I passed very hard stools. I still have some Tesofensone sitting around unused and might add it later once I'm settled on 8mg or more Reta with the 1.25mg Sema combination. My goal remains dropping the final 40 pounds to reach 42 percent total loss.

What amount of weight remains for you to shed since you're trying this?

PatientQuill64archiveJan 16

Your poor stomach....

KeenCinder66archiveJan 19

You don't seem to grasp the makeup of those compounds and came up with nothing fresh at all. They all start from one shared base and each later version simply includes one more receptor activator. The first targets only the GLP-1 receptor, the middle one also targets the GIP receptor, and the newest adds the glucagon receptor on top.

CopperFenwick68archiveJan 19

Actually no. You'd expect to feel the same suppression as 0.5 mg Sema and 5 mg of Tirz and the suppression from Reta and Cagri.

Previously the main goal around here involved lowering the chances of bad outcomes. At this point it resembles total lawlessness where those without knowledge are directing those without knowledge.

Looks like the creature you experiment on really enjoys social gatherings.
