Congrats! If you’re at a normal BMI, about 14 kg of gain is usually enough, and even less if you started overweight or obese. Choline is said to support fetal brain development, and eggs are a good source. With the reta and elora you already have what you need. You could add more of those or GHK-Cu if you want. I don’t know much about the rest. Cagri seems to be getting replaced by elora these days. You might want to join some groups to build up extra reta for later.
This peptide routine has been great so far. I’ve been using Retatrutide, Cagrilintide, GHK-Cu, and 5-Amino-1MQ. I took my last doses of Cagrilintide, 5-Amino-1MQ, and GHK-Cu yesterday. Today I learned I’m pregnant, so I’m stopping everything right away. I already have four boxes of Retatrutide at 10 mg, nine vials of CJC plus Ipamorelin, and one box of Tirzepatide, and earlier this week I ordered two boxes of Eloralintide, one box of Cartalax, and one box of Cagrilintide. I’ll need to stay off peptides for at least a year. With the pregnancy I expect to put on at least 20 kg because I gain weight easily. What peptides should I add to my supply for when I can start again after giving birth and finishing breastfeeding?
