I usually land between 0.2 and 0.3 ml because that matches the split doses I already know from the pens that hold 0.6 ml total. Going a little higher is fine if you want more liquid, but it really comes down to what each person tolerates. You won’t know until you test it yourself. Bigger volumes do raise the odds of bruising or a lump that slowly disappears as the substance absorbs. Quite a few people run larger amounts, especially with certain compounds.
What liquid amount do you usually shoot for each time, and what feels like the best balance? Right now I use 0.25 mL per shot. I keep wondering if spreading the same amount into more fluid would help absorption or if it changes nothing. At the same time I wonder if extra liquid just stretches the skin and adds soreness, or if some people actually like having a bit more volume. How do you weigh concentration against the total fluid you end up injecting?
