Yeah I've been mulling that over as well. Heard in a podcast that sterile water works okay enough and it turns out that's pretty standard for most folks across Europe since the other kind can be tough to track down there.

Previously I stuck with plain sterile water injections because finding the correct version in Germany was more effort than I wanted. Not long ago I got some very pure alcohol suitable for this and began creating my own solutions. I'm only describing what I've done personally, not suggesting it to anyone else. Nothing has gone wrong with site reactions or cloudy mixtures yet.

It looks like the labels match what's described, yet the purity level is listed at just 99.9 percent, which is lower than the 99.95 percent I've come across for pharmaceutical quality before. The entire site gives me a bad feeling, and the text reads as if it was generated by an AI tool.

I don't think keeping things sterile poses any real problem. You add the concentrated preservative straight into the sealed container holding the sterile water, assuming it has that rubber port on top. Microbes have no chance of lasting in such a strong solution, which means nothing unwanted gets carried over. That's just how I picture the steps working, and if it's off, someone can set me straight.

I think you should file that report. Yesterday I bought a liter of liquid from overseas and the total ended up decent once I added another substance to the order. I attempted to locate benzyl alcohol suitable for injections and discovered the process was both costly and difficult. I had no idea about that ahead of time. I went ahead and used ordinary 99.5 percent pure material that came without vials only to learn afterward it requires special handling to work for injections. My face ended up swollen and the bumps lingered quite a bit before they faded.

So the ninety nine point five percent version really only fits industrial or laboratory cleaning work. Pharmaceutical grade is necessary because even ninety nine point nine percent comes up short.
