Glad it worked out so well for you. I also like how it quiets noise but it leaves me exhausted for the following two days, so I quit and raised my Tirzepatide instead. I heard the tiredness can fade after a few weeks yet I tried four weeks before stopping. Being wiped out three days a week is not workable for me.
I wanted to share my experience with Cagrilintide. I have tried Tirzepatide, Retatrutide, Semaglutide, and Survodutide. The Cagri, Sema, and Survodutide combination feels best for me. Tirzepatide gave me terrible GI trouble. Maybe 15 mg was too much. Not sure. I do Sema once a week then Cagri three or four days later and end up freezing because I have not eaten. The upside is I still have some appetite. I dropped from 375 to 323 pounds in six months, then plateaued and crept back to 330. After getting my Cagri I injected 1.6 mg the next day. Food thoughts disappeared and so did cravings. I keep candy around to maintain glucose. I highly recommend Cagrilintide. The amylin effect really helps me as add-on therapy to GLP-1s. Retatrutide works well too.
