What multivitamin would cover the requirements from using reta at 2.5 mg weekly along with cjc 1295 and ipamorelin at 500-600 mcg five days on two off each week? I've been on this for several months and want to manage this aspect too. Any feedback positive or negative is welcome.

I take a methylated multivitamin. It isn't the absolute best option available, but it offers good value when trying to address minor nutritional shortfalls. I also use it together with omega three capsules and a magnesium glycinate supplement in the evening. These three products handle nearly all my requirements without overcomplicating things, plus they remain affordable.

I must hear about the outcomes you've noticed using cjc combined with ipa. As it's the one I'll begin shortly, firsthand user stories interest me greatly.

I find this vitamin really effective and I already use a massive quantity of supplements πŸ˜†πŸ™„

I've switched to a multivitamin made for men or women from a reliable maker with solid quality and fair costs. Their B vitamins use the methyl form of cobalamin rather than the cyano version, which the body tends to process more readily.

Twice a week I stop by a chain spot for their big Greek salad piled with avocado, arugula, extra greens, peppers, a portion of chicken with cranberries and walnuts, and double olives plus onions. The crew there has to be tired of my orders by now. Bodies really hold up fine though. Shortages of nutrients take ages to appear even when intake hits zero. I pop a C tablet and a D tablet every morning just in case, but that step is probably pointless. Some eating patterns call for adjustments, such as avoiding all animal foods or going without meals for stretches.

I've been using a mix of D and K together every day at a strong amount around ten thousand units. This leaves me feeling terrific and it's been ages since I got sick at all.

LevelWillow41archiveMar 27

My daily supplements consist of two thousand units of D3 plus one pill from some miscellaneous multi vitamin that went on discount at a retailer over the prior half year.

Somehow the system blocks me from posting the name.
