What are you stacking with Reta

Summary

What peptides are people stacking with Retatrutide?

Forum users describe adding compounds like KPV for skin sensitivity, Tesamorelin or Ipamorelin for fat loss, GHK-Cu, BPC-157/TB-500 for recovery, NAD+ or MOTS-c for energy, and Cagrilintide for appetite. Some keep stacks minimal to avoid injection fatigue while others cycle several items alongside steady Reta use. A few note visible changes in the mirror or gym performance after weeks on combined protocols.

What this discussion establishesWhere people disagree

Participants differ on how many peptides to run at once, with some viewing large stacks as potentially addictive or hard to evaluate while others see no issue with cycling multiple items.

Still open

Whether any added peptide produces clear benefits beyond Reta alone when multiple compounds are used simultaneously.

Nothing here is advice.

Four weeks on Reta and aside from very sensitive skin the results have been solid with visible changes in the mirror. Wondering what other peptides others combine with it. Considering MOTS-c or Tesamorelin.

PatientAlder37archiveMar 15

KPV eased the skin sensitivity for me, stopping the itching between my shoulder blades quickly. It also leaves me with nicer skin overall.

SteadyTimber49archiveMar 15

Running the GLOW blend alongside Reta. Sometimes I consider adding more but hold back because of needle fatigue and not wanting peptide use to become excessive. Might try a super human blend later though.

SharpHarbour88archiveMar 17

Tesamorelin for extra visceral fat reduction.

BlueKettle60archiveMar 17

After eight weeks I added Klow. One week in and nothing noticeable yet, as expected. Will check again after eight weeks. Currently looking into Epitalon, Semax, Selank and TA1 as possible next additions.

RustKettle37archiveMar 17

Tesa/ipa, GHK-cu/KPV, and starting melanotan 1 this weekend. Once the Tesa/Ipa cycle finishes I plan to begin a MotsC, SS-31, NAD+ protocol. Reta and GHK-cu/KPV stay ongoing while other items cycle in as they seem useful.

PlainAlder11archiveMar 18

Wow, all these combinations make me wish I had taken chemistry.

SharpKettle11archiveMar 18

Planning to add CJC/IPA soon. Currently tapering off Reta while using Enclomiphene and aiming to build muscle over the coming months.

BrightSignal76archiveMar 18

I use Cagri to keep appetite in check. Tesa paired with Ipa helps cut down on abdominal fat along with swelling. Nad+ boosts my overall vitality while BPC-157 and TB-500 aid recovery from strains. After noticing numbness and tingling in both wrists I dropped my daily Tesa amount to half a milligram.

SharpHarbour71archiveMar 18

Currently on reta, bpc 157/tb 500, ghk-cu and nad+ plus hcg.

WarmWillow76archiveMar 19

About to get some MOTs because Reta seems to leave me more tired than usual and I want to check its impact on gym performance. Also planning to get some bpc for ongoing foot pain from an earlier twist.

PlainAnchor67archiveMar 20

Test, HGH, Reta, BPC, TB

QuietLedger57archiveMar 20

I'm dosing reta at three milligrams on alternating days while klow runs five active then two rest. Cargi comes in at half a milligram one time each week. Tesa combined with ipa sticks to five active and two rest. Nad at twenty five milligrams happens twice per week. Ss forty one follows five active two rest along with five amino on the same pattern and dsip doing five active two rest too.

Using the same stack. Planning to add GHK-CU since weight is coming off faster than skin can tighten.

How can you tell which peptide is actually working when running twelve per week? I have watched peptides turn addictive for some people who keep adding more after seeing initial results. Not my place, but do you have an addictive personality? I keep a list of peptides I want to try yet I wrote down specific goals, the steps to reach them, and an order to tackle them. Might be worth doing the same because it is hard to judge Tesa or anything else amid eleven others. Starting to feel like a pin cushion?

New question: so you inject yourself roughly 31-32 times a week?

SlowTimber14archiveMar 20
↳ replying to @RustKettle37

I would answer the question with what am I not stacking with it. Keep going!

Curious about the choice of Melanotan 1. Is the goal tanning? If so why not use Melanotan 2 instead?

KeenKettle50archiveMar 20

Not really stacking on purpose but I have been using sermorelin at 500-600mg. Helpful for sleep though I will probably taper it eventually.

Research showed Mel 1 is safer and less likely to cause new moles. I am not especially prone to them but see no reason to add unnecessary risk. Already using Reta and Mel 2 can suppress appetite as a side effect. Just aiming for safe gradual darkening. I tan easily already but too much sun ages skin.

Got it, useful to know. I was thinking about Melanotan 2 at some point but like you I tan easily and am on Reta so might switch to Melanotan 1 instead.

With that many have you thought about a blood transfusion? More peptides than blood might benefit from adding a little more to the system.

KeenKettle50archiveMar 21

tesamorelin seems expensive.

PatientKettle74archiveMar 22

Been on Reta for a couple months at 5mg every six days. Added Tesamorelin for eight weeks then switched to HGH. Tried HCG for four weeks without noticing changes so stopped. Waiting on Cagrilintide to arrive. Outside gray market sources about to begin TRT.

For weight loss and appetite suppression I stick with Reta and Cagrilitide at 4mg and 1mg. Daily I also use BPC157/TB500 at 750mcg twice, KLOW containing GHKCU 3.3mg plus BPC157 670mcg TB500 670mcg KPV 670mcg, then MOTSC 2mg, Selank 1mg and Semax 350mcg.

Been on M2 for about six weeks. Skin tans well with the Florida sun and a few more freckles but the sexual arousal is incredible. Not only mental desire but physical responses too, including multiple orgasms regularly. Dosing twice a week leaves my partner exhausted. Feels like being in my twenties again instead of fifties. This one stays.

Agree on Reta plus Cagrilintide. Reta did not reduce food noise as well as Tirz yet I wanted the other benefits so added Cagri last week with a big difference. Currently at Reta 3mg and Cagri .5mg.

KeenLedger22archiveMar 22

Totally agree. For me the other health benefits matter more than the weaker suppression so adding Cag or similar works well. Glad it helped you too.

LevelThistle44archiveMar 23
↳ replying to @BlueCompass77

That equals 10.5mg per week. I use 6mg twice weekly so either way peaks stay below the highest trialed dose.

LevelFenwick52archiveMar 23
↳ replying to @SteadyLantern59

Wow you may have convinced me on Melanotan 2. Might add it to the cart.

SharpCinder35archiveMar 25

I'm running a body recomposition plan with four milligrams of Reta each week. Five days out of seven I pin one hundred fifty micrograms of CJC without DAC together with the same amount of Ipamorelin. Daily intake includes three hundred micrograms of BPC one five seven while TB four gets used at two milligrams on two separate days. Calories sit just under maintenance yet every session in the gym feels outstanding.

RustMarble78archiveMar 25

Reta 8mg weekly, KLOW and HGH.

No, Reta on Monday and CAGRI on Tuesday to avoid mixing signals. Titrated Reta from .25 over about three months before noticing a real difference. Adding CAGRI in the last month instantly stopped overeating and food noise I have had since birth. Works really well now though each person's response varies so it takes trying options until something fits.

Did you ever try the super human blend? Also interested in that one.

GHK-CU can sting from acidity. Adding a bit more bac water in the syringe helps dilute it. Works well.
