You were on 10 mg tirzepatide for months and now you are using 1 mg twice a week, so hunger is no surprise. Your mixing steps also look odd and probably contain a typo.
I used Mounjaro last year for eight months, starting low and working up to 10 mg, and dropped 30 kg without dramatic appetite wipeout but easier control especially at night. After a month and a half off I began retatrutide. I got a 40 mg vial instead of the 30 mg I wanted, added 2 ml bac water, pulled 1 mg into a pen cartridge, then filtered another 2 ml into the same cartridge for a total of 20 mg in 3 ml. After losing some volume to priming and leaks the concentration stayed the same. I started with 0.5 mg Monday, another 0.5 mg Wednesday, then 1 mg the following Monday and another 1 mg that Wednesday. Instead of lowering hunger it has made it stronger than before any GLP-1 use.
