I dropped around 75 pounds. At first the pounds came off without much effort while I was on 15 mg of tirz. I responded really well. I also did intermittent fasting, eating only after 4 PM until midnight when I felt hungry. A year later I'd reached most of my target, about 65 pounds down, but I still wanted to see my abs, so another 15 pounds remained. I raised the tirz dose to finish that off, going up to 30 mg even though I knew it was high, and that got me the last 10 pounds. I just did that recently and plan to drop back to 15 mg for maintenance. Overall I've lost about 30 percent of my starting body weight. No loose skin so far. I needed the higher dose to move past a plateau, but maintenance at the lower dose is the next test. Happy to answer questions.
I've come across multiple accounts of people taking a very aggressive route with their weight loss, and it seems this carries more risk of serious side effects plus a greater likelihood of putting the weight back on. I won't pin down an exact definition because that might shut some people out, but I'd really like to read stories from folks who dropped 50 pounds or more without pushing doses up fast or following extreme eating plans.
