Just a shot of espresso or an energy drink if I am away from home. I agree with the others that pre-workout products are a waste of money.
No problem. I find two milligrams just as useful as five for improving oxygen use during training.

Creatine, one to two hundred milligrams of caffeine, one hundred fifty to two hundred milligrams of L-theanine, and three to six grams of L-citrulline.
A review of several proteins and other items found one particular line to be reliable in quality. Pre-workouts, BCAAs and similar items are a waste. Black coffee, an energy drink, or NAD+ in the morning can provide the boost. The peptide did nothing for me, possibly because my mitochondria are already compromised and would need another compound first to repair them.
I try to train on days I take the peptide though the effect is small. I liked the other compound at first too. For supplements I take a large daily dose of creatine for cognitive benefits, coffee or caffeine, plus CoQ10 and rhodiola. Results vary by person and coffee always helps somehow.
I partly disagree. The two peptides will hit briefly but the real benefit shows when you push past your usual rep range on a given weight. After about four weeks I could add weight and still hit the reps I expected. A runner might notice a few seconds off their time or extra distance.
Oops, meant for pre-workout. I watch for sales and want something that mixes without clumping or leaving filler at the bottom. One product mixes well and is inexpensive. Earlier choices were other popular tubs.
I do not know that reviewer but agree overall. Pre-workout is one of the more overhyped supplement categories. Citrulline malate gives me pumps and blood flow and beta alanine adds a little, but neither is strictly necessary. It is mostly habit now. For pure energy there are cheaper and simpler options.
You can buy caffeine powder in bulk online. Measure carefully because even a small overdose or using the wrong spoon size can cause a very different and negative reaction.
Coffee is the easiest and much cheaper than most pre-workout products.
Sadly it does nothing for me at least in normal amounts. I like green coffee but it is hard to find.
Wait, really? Because me too! No one ever believes me that it is the best.
Just started this recently. Smash a cup of coffee and take a tadalafil pill. Best pumps ever.
This isn't from me in any way. A total lunatic shoved me aside at the keyboard and took over typing. 😉 Tren E lets you pull off feats that seem impossible. 😄 😄
Recalling that compound as a longtime buddy stirs up old recollections. The stretch without any hair, skin covered in breakouts, mind completely fogged, temper constantly boiling, and drool flying everywhere... what a stretch. Erections that dragged on, tied to nobody, I grasped the core of manhood... though it looks different in hindsight. Memories turn hazy fast. Hold up though, are you labeling my companion as something taken before lifting? That underplays it badly. It's the same as naming a screen legend merely a performer, or the mightiest blast in history just an explosion, or a strong fat loss medicine merely a reducing tablet. Can you even follow the words?
I love that pump product when I do not want caffeine or jitters. And then the other version when I want to feel like I could smash through a wall.
I take one popular pre-workout product any day I train, which is five to seven days a week.
I find this compound offsets the restlessness that comes with elevated caffeine intake. On mornings with an early workout followed by office hours I use it to ease my thoughts ahead of any conversations with others. Otherwise I risk seeming overly agitated.
Are you into ghosts by any chance? Yay! Now that is some manly stuff. Keep rolling, brother.
Haha not really into that. Still the line has a few products that work well for me.
Fine then ghost hunting it is. From now on I will be Smiter Winchester.
Haha hope the odds stay on your side.
I have been trying some prohormones along with plant based pre workouts and they give me a nice buzz even without any caffeine.
Do the prohormones actually produce noticeable changes?
I tried several different ones and they gave a clear strength increase though the muscle gains are nothing like real steroids which I am staying away from for now.
Can you put any numbers on the gains? More details would help I am always open to new options.
That video yesterday pushed me toward avoiding most SARMs except MK-677. Friends who used it said they started yelling at the weights to come over.
Without scans I cannot be exact but my bench went from 130 to 230 pounds in a month.
I see SARMs as the weaker uglier version of steroids.
Add incompetent to that description. They bring most of the downsides of testosterone with less than half the upsides. Even the growth hormone secretagogues beat them and I hate saying that.
That is impressive. I will have to look into them more seriously now thanks.
I just blend a triple espresso with two scoops of protein and blueberry milk for my morning pre workout and meal. Creatine goes in separately with water and I sip electrolyte vitamin water during the session.
MK-677 is a strong secretagogue that was pulled from trials after causing heart failure in older users from fluid retention. I take growth hormone daily with almost no water retention yet adding the secretagogue for three nights at a higher dose added ten pounds of water weight and left me feeling like a balloon.
That is wild professor.
The secretagogues are weaker than actual growth hormone but much safer overall.
I am in a great mood after an outstanding gym session and still have energy left. Modafinil together with a couple other compounds has become my favorite pre workout combination after lots of trial and error.
The cheapest route is buying the raw powders like citrulline and beta alanine plus electrolytes and mixing your own. A little cialis and caffeine pills can go in too so you control the doses and save money.
Two weeks into MOTS-c I notice better stamina on both lifts and cardio when I take a couple milligrams an hour before training. I still use caffeine for the quick kick but the endurance difference is clear and I plan to cycle it to avoid saturation.
This is my first tub and the one my gym carries works fine especially on sluggish early mornings.
Coffee really can work I used stronger products years ago but everything costs too much now.
Right now I am using a basic pre workout and the stim free version on days I already had enough coffee. It supplies solid amounts of citrulline beta alanine and taurine for a good pump and lately I prefer the stim free to avoid any crash.
Most commercial pre workouts load up on beta alanine and other ingredients that just make you feel something through tingling or nausea. I got tired of that and switched to plain black coffee. I have seen home recipes but have not tried them yet.
I am a big fan of one particular strong product but it packs a punch.
Today's pre workout was a mix of anavar tne cialis and one commercial product all taken together and it hit hard.
Keeping caffeine tolerance low means caffeine by itself already covers a lot. Useful additions include tyrosine for focus dynamine for alertness rhodiola for fatigue resistance and citrulline for pumps while beta alanine works better over time than acutely.
Occasionally I use a stack with several grams of citrulline tyrosine choline caffeine egcg synephrine hordenine amp citrate and yohimbine. Sometimes I reach for an old discontinued product when I want a strong effect. I am also getting ready to try SS-31 followed by MOTS-c and will report back.
It was basically one bond away from amphetamines and made an excellent pre workout.
