What weight loss and bloodwork changes are possible with a whole-food high-protein diet, weight lifting, and pinning Tirz, Reta, and Tesamorelin?

One user reports dropping 40 pounds since April while following a whole-food high-protein high-fiber diet and lifting four days a week. Detailed bloodwork from January 2025 to June 2026 shows A1C falling from 6.0 to 5.6, fasting glucose from 130 to 85, triglycerides from 257 to 117, and ALT from 25 to 13, with most other markers now normal. Fellow users offer congratulations and note the combination of medication and consistent effort produced strong results. A brief exchange occurs when the original poster finds a remark about continued consistency to be backhanded.

What this discussion establishesWhere people disagree

Whether a comment about maintaining consistency reads as backhanded when most markers have already normalized

Nothing here is advice.

I'm thrilled to report my progress so far. Beginning in April my weight dropped from three hundred seventeen pounds down to two hundred seventy seven. As a woman in my late twenties standing five foot ten I'm aiming for one hundred eighty pounds. My eating plan focuses on unprocessed foods with plenty of protein and fiber and it's working out nicely. Four times each week I stick to weight training sessions. I've been administering Tirz along with Reta and Tesamorelin. Lab results show nice changes between January twenty twenty five and June twenty twenty six. Hemoglobin A1C dropped from six point zero to five point six. Blood sugar after fasting went from one hundred thirty down to eighty five. Triglyceride levels fell from two hundred fifty seven to one hundred seventeen. Good cholesterol rose from thirty five up to thirty nine. Overall cholesterol moved from two hundred five to one hundred ninety two. The bad cholesterol remains at one hundred thirty. Liver enzyme ALT decreased from twenty five to thirteen. All other values fall within healthy limits.

Those lab results really stand out as the big highlight here instead of any scale changes. Fantastic progress!! πŸŽ‰ πŸŽ‰

Your test results look excellent. The higher LDL might stem from losing weight overall. I count myself among the lean mass hyper responders, with LDL near 165, triglycerides around 80, and HDL at 89. My doctor accepts these values since he considers the entire situation. Well done and stay with the progress! πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺ

Well done on the effort! Continuing this way will get the readings back into typical territory for certain. It just requires ongoing dedication.

It seems folks don't notice how their words can come across as insulting. I'm definitely continuing with this, since I mentioned earlier that I'll keep going until I've dropped around another hundred pounds. A bunch of those figures have already reached the standard levels. Others do the same thing to different individuals, yet maybe they should reflect on when they say it and how the phrasing lands.
