Creatine adds water inside the muscles so lean-mass numbers go up and the first two weeks are the loading period. That lines up exactly with your timing.
Hi everyone. Started GLP-1 last August. Used tirzepatide up to 5 mg weekly for six months then moved over to retatrutide now at 5 mg weekly. Lost roughly 16 kg until four weeks ago when the scale stalled. Tried bumping retatrutide to 6 mg but got bad diarrhea so backed off. Two weeks ago added cagrilintide at 0.12 mg weekly and also began 3 g creatine daily on gym friends advice. The impedance scale now shows weight up about 2 kg yet lean mass rose and body-fat percentage fell. I feel fine but the original aim was weight reduction. Any thoughts on what is going on or similar stories? Should I keep chasing lower scale numbers?
