First get bloodwork done. Second, have you trained hard before? If your numbers are normal and you have not, skip it for now. You can still make solid beginner progress for a while. Most people should have years of serious lifting behind them, closer to a decade if they are younger, before thinking about this. Diet and training need to be solid first unless your levels are genuinely low.
I just began Reta and am still increasing the dose, but I want to hold on to as much weight as possible while adding muscle. TRT seems to be the top choice for that, yet I am hesitant because I do not want to rely on it permanently. I especially need more size in my arms. Is the dependence risk as big as I think? Are there other peptides or stacks worth trying that carry fewer long-term drawbacks? I already lift weights and use whey, creatine, and collagen. I am just researching as an average guy carrying extra fat, not a competitor.
