I'd push protein intake nearer to 200 g per day. That should limit muscle loss and keep hunger down better.
Sorry this post is pretty light on details, but I wanted to open a thread for feedback on what others are trying. It feels like there's a limited window here and no free rides. I'm in week three on 2 mg reta split into doses and the appetite control is right where I want it. Started at 237 lbs, six foot, never trained much but used supplements and other compounds before. First week I dropped four pounds mostly from undereating and felt wiped out. Week two I tried to be more deliberate but didn't split protein well and only lost three pounds, which annoyed me. Being out of work I'm pushing a hard cut now with about 120 g quality protein split across four or five shakes, some fiber for digestion, and plenty of cardio. No gym access so I'm doing what I can at home for upper body and core. Not tracking carbs closely, just keeping calories at 1500-1600 with three or more hours of activity.
