At the beginning my target was 185 since I hadn't seen that number since college and it seemed like a big win. Once the results started showing up I shifted the target to a normal BMI range and brought it down to 164. Reached it after seven months and this whole thing is great.
As a 39 year old woman I'm really wondering what others pick as their target weight and the reason behind picking that exact figure. Does the number matter on its own or is it tied to a clothing size they've always wanted? Any particular achievement they're aiming for? I've been asked the same thing and never know what to say. My own goal is unclear, I just want to look and feel better overall. I've dropped around 170 pounds across ten years and it's been a long process, yet I'm still unsure what final point would feel like enough. Looking forward to everyone's thoughts. Started at 306, now at 135.
