What was your experience switching between these? I stuck below 5 milligrams with the first one since the hunger control got way too strong. Looking back, jumping from the starting dose might not have been smart. Now I'm trying the other compound to keep fullness but bring back some cravings for food along with its extra perks. Right now I'm at one milligram of the new one and four of the old... planning to increase the new by half a milligram and reduce the old to three once I reach my target.

Things seem to be going smoothly so far, even though the scale hasn't plateaued like I expected 😂. Haven't run into any negative effects either. Began the supplement right after my prior body composition test at the start of this month. Can't wait for the numbers to start moving again, but I'm still hoping the wait shows up as progress on the next scan in a bit.

PlainBeacon58archiveMay 20

I began the regimen on Monday with one milligram taken twice each week at present. The results show up already and include occasional chills.

NorthQuill76archiveMay 20

For my increased amount I've gone back to taking the full 15 milligrams in a single weekly session rather than splitting it into two smaller ones purely to make things easier and I see no change at all.

Changed over from one compound to another to experience the glucagon action. According to what I looked up that action begins around 3.5 to 4 milligrams following the dose-response pattern. I increased the amount aiming to reach that level fast yet ready to slow down if issues appeared. About seven days past arriving at 3.5 milligrams came my initial reaction to these types of medications. It was altered skin feeling which has started to fade over the past fourteen days. Another thing I noticed involved a faster pulse I sensed during office work. It wasn't bothersome though it stood out. That pulse rate appears to settle back down at the same time the unusual skin feeling eases.

Yeah it improved eventually rather than right away.

PatientWillow78archiveMay 22

I began this routine several weeks back and recently gave myself the third shot at one milligram on a six-day cycle. Appetite tends to return a bit by the final day. Results have been strong so far and unwanted effects have stayed minimal. I feel fine staying at this level right now though I expect to raise it to two milligrams if the pace drops. With the early nervousness about self-injection behind me I have some retatrutide arriving soon plus a couple more compounds to try out.

GreenLedger11archiveMay 22

4 mg after 2 months.

SlowKettle77archiveMay 22

I'm in my ninth week at three-quarters of a milligram after raising it from half during the opening month. I've shed fifteen pounds.

Right now I'm using one medication but today I'm placing an order for a different compound. I want to begin with a low amount of 1.5 and adjust until I locate the right level that suits my system. The current medication is delivering solid outcomes for me though.

There was a green top with 20% overfill a couple months ago. Maybe that's your issue.

PlainAlder11archiveMay 24

I can't figure out what fault you find with my comment. The outcomes pretty much make their own case. This uses the R50 having a fifty six milligram load.

How does the mix of the peptides affect you? Do you feel any side effects?

RustMeadow53archiveMay 24

I stayed on the initial dosage for eight weeks before moving to the higher amount for fourteen days. So far the scale shows thirty three pounds less with barely any negative effects.

Quick update here, I'm using a 2mg sustaining amount once weekly so my weight stays stable near 135 pounds and I'm glad to have restarted weight training for rebuilding lost muscle.

SharpSparrow29archiveMay 26

Week one at 0.5 mg, weeks two and three at 1 mg, and just started week four at 1.5 mg. No sides except that full buffet feeling after even a small meal, which isn't enjoyable. Planning to hold until week six or seven before moving to 2 mg and staying there. Have lost 10 pounds up to now.

SlowAlder75archiveMay 26

Began at 1 mg five months ago, stayed three weeks then moved to 2 mg for another three weeks and dropped about 20 lbs. Tried 3 mg but nausea hit too hard along with lethargy and low energy, so dropped back to 2 mg. After a week there a strange cough appeared so paused for a month to check if it was related. Restarted three weeks ago at 1 mg, took 1.5 mg yesterday and expect to stay around there for maintenance. Didn't need to lose much but liked the other benefits and had three vials so plan to finish them. Noticed some muscle loss and thinking about HMB while struggling to hit enough protein at 6 foot 200 lbs, plus slower gut motility makes things harder.

I'm curious to learn additional details on this topic. My situation matches this closely. For nearly twelve months I've maintained a dose of 15 milligrams of that medication. Lately over the last eight weeks or so it seems progress has halted somewhat. Did you begin directly with eight milligrams weekly without any overlap? Did you stop the previous one completely? What was it like making that change? Did appetite and cravings increase noticeably? Does the elevated pulse stand out much? I've seen mentions of continuing the first one alongside the new compound. Would that approach make sense? The pens I receive are fixed and I haven't experimented with any modifications as it appears uncertain. Perhaps consulting my physician to lower the amount gradually as I introduce the alternative could work. Alternatively jumping fully to a stronger starting level might be preferable. It's annoying to plateau even though I engage in weight training, heat therapy sessions, walking trails, stretching routines, cardio machines and additional activities. Besides that medication I'm also using other peptides and hormone support via my primary doctor along with various extras. Apologies for going on. I'd really appreciate all the details from your switchover process.

Appreciate the share here. Since I'm also using 15mg tirz, curious if that matches your amount. Was easing in gradually a good choice according to you? How did you define that easing in process? Something like 2mg weekly?

I had reached eleven milligrams on the first compound before adding the second one at a single milligram dose. Each week after that I raised the newer substance by one milligram while lowering the original one, reaching eight milligrams on the addition after several steps. The schedule suited my situation. Even though I had no background with the newer item I still chose that pace, yet I do not think others should copy it without experience. Apart from reduced motivation once I hit eight milligrams and an occasional ten-beat rise in resting pulse, nothing else stood out as a problem. A couple times I wondered about brief skin tenderness but could not be sure it was real.

When I began the switch I was already taking five milligrams of Tirz. I skipped any gradual ramp-up with Reta and went straight to full throttle instead. Nothing I've seen so far has given me cause to question that call.

I am, down about 15 lbs in almost 5 weeks.

QuietAnchor73archiveMay 27

I drew the contents from the cartridge using a needle yet had to keep everything clean during storage and use.

SharpLedger37archiveMay 27

Six months in and about three weeks ago moved to 5 mg every 6 days. Down about 72 lbs so far so don't feel like continuing to increase at this point. Started very low at only 0.5 mg per week and titrated up from there very slowly.

GreyThistle88archiveMay 27

Many clips showing the method turn up across the web. My preferred one never showed up, yet running an internet search plus sixty minutes of viewing got me the details I needed.

CopperLedger52archiveMay 27

Into my second week on the two milligram amount and everything has gone smoothly. No real problems have come up except maybe a touch of loose stools the day after the second shot, though that might not be connected at all.

CopperMeadow64archiveMay 27

This level of medication has eliminated my hunger entirely. Three full weeks without a single bite. Body mass is reducing extremely quickly.

SharpKettle23archiveMay 30

I've been using this for eight weeks now and shed eighteen pounds total. Began with one milligram each week divided between the start and end of the week. Right now I'm dividing two milligrams weekly. Just two pounds short of my goal and don't intend to go higher on the amount. Probably will use smaller amounts later to keep it steady. The main issue bothering me is reduced sex drive, though I expect smaller doses might help with that. Some muscle has gone too. I'm trying to offset it by adding CJC 1295 and ipamorelin. What happened for me was a fast loss of thirteen pounds followed by two weeks with no change before the numbers began dropping once more.

SlowLedger31archiveMay 30

It's been roughly three months now. I've lost about 43 pounds. The third month didn't show much progress. But it's starting to drop again. Began with 2 milligrams and increased by 2 every four weeks. When I reached 6 milligrams, I experienced an odd sensation. It was from excess niacin intake on that occasion. I'll increase to 7 for the following administration. Playing it cautious. Still have another 40 pounds remaining.

PlainAlder11archiveMay 30
↳ replying to @SlowLedger31

That's like 3.5 per week which is too much I think. Doing 8 mg and between 1-2 lbs per week. Last week was 1.8 lbs. It's been like that since starting first week of Jan besides a small stall here and there.

PlainAlder11archiveMay 30
↳ replying to @SlowLedger31

Quite a bit of the starting loss is fluid. Didn't aim to criticize, more like being cautious on your behalf. Sudden drops like that tend to return in a hurry.

SlowLedger31archiveMay 31
↳ replying to @PlainAlder11

I'm not concerned about the situation at all. Strangely, I monitor my body mass both early and late in the day. Typically the variation is around two to four pounds over that period. During the time when nothing seemed to move, though, those changes reached four to six pounds instead. So I increased my aerobic exercise significantly, lowered fat intake, and boosted carbohydrate consumption, which made the fluctuations settle back into the usual range. This might suggest things are beginning to move downward once more, based on what I've noticed.

WryAlder20archiveMay 31

I'm combining five milligrams of one medication two days each week along with twelve point five milligrams of the other once every seven days. A relative uses only twelve point five milligrams of the second medication on a weekly basis.

GreyBeacon90archiveMay 31
↳ replying to @SlowThistle88

No side effects at all. Have since switched over to reta and stopped the tirz.

AmberQuill88archiveMay 31

Currently at 1.5 mg every Thursday and feeling it hard. Was worried would need a higher dose to keep up but nope it's way strong there.

SharpWillow45archiveMay 31

I've been doing this for three months. Started with half a milligram during the first week but noticed no effect so added another half on day four which began my twice monthly schedule. Early on heading into week two I kept needing to use the bathroom often almost like excess caffeine but that passed within seven days. Increased to two milligrams divided during week three then three milligrams in week four. Probably raised too fast since appetite disappeared completely. Held that level a couple more weeks until evening cravings returned then went to four milligrams. Most of month two stayed at four before going to six in month three. During that third month I began feeling no pleasure from things and tired constantly often heading to sleep early. The tiredness likely also stemmed from nearly quitting alcohol plus gym sessions five times weekly. Stopped NAC as well since it might contribute to that lack of pleasure. Now entering month four and raised to eight milligrams. Tiredness has eased and the no pleasure feeling has improved. Lost around twenty two pounds going from two thirty four down to two twelve.

It seems feasible to transfer everything directly into a clean sealed container. That would mean skipping the extra stabilizers present in containers meant for multiple uses so how much uncertainty someone accepts makes a difference. I've encountered plenty of others who divide up their medication containers and devices and nothing has gone wrong based on what they've shared and there are some who mix their compounds using plain sterile water for shots that lacks any alcohol.

KeenHarbour58archiveMay 31

My current schedule uses five milligrams every six days. This amount suits me well. Appetite shows up only after skipping food yet I feel content once I eat and seldom want the wrong kinds of snacks. I quit the earlier medication because of heavy tiredness plus such strong hunger control that meals lost all appeal and I had no interest in eating.

RustSparrow51archiveMay 31

Started reta at 0.5 mg weekly early December of last year and titrated up slowly, now at 4 mg but split 2 mg on Sun AM and 2 mg on Wed PM. When did 4 mg once a week had terrible nausea so went back down to 3 mg for a few weeks and tried the split 4 mg which works better. So far lost 15 lbs and actually prefer the conservative weight loss. Also stacking it with AOD9604.

WarmPebble39archiveJun 1

This marks week six overall and my second on the six milligram amount. Energy levels soared compared with earlier ones. The amount remains new yet I intend to stay put until a clear signal appears. Weekly average drop now peaks at one point four pounds, well ahead of the earlier zero point eight. Cumulative loss stands at seven point four pounds. I normally skip activity entirely on weekends yet felt strong enough today to add extra rowing time. Progress shows up week after week in harder sessions thanks to easier breathing and modest strength increases. The same twenty minute rowing stretch that once seemed like pure torture now feels almost light and enjoyable. I am considering shifting to six rowing days instead of five while keeping the three weight sessions. This feels excellent overall.

RustFenwick84archiveJun 1

This post really interested because did the reverse, got up to 7.5 mg tirz then added 1 mg reta as incapacitated currently with back issues and wanted more fat loss. Currently on 5 mg tirz and 3 mg reta and doing well. Big question to more experienced is if switch completely from one to the other, if later switch back does it work as before because haven't stopped GLP-1 or not as effective as if stopped all together? Hope that makes sense.

PatientFenwick91archiveJun 1

I began with a single milligram weekly during the first four weeks, then doubled that amount for weeks five through eight. The pattern continued with three milligrams from week nine to twelve, four from thirteen to sixteen, and five from seventeen to twenty. For weeks twenty one and twenty two I used six milligrams, which meant ignoring my usual four week limit on staying at one level. Then in week twenty three I went up to eight milligrams by adding an extra two on top of six. Altogether that came to eighty milligrams across the entire twenty three weeks. My weight stayed exactly the same with neither loss nor gain. Soon I'll move over to cagri instead since the constant urge to eat at these elevated amounts of reta has started dominating everything.

IronSparrow69archiveJun 1

I wonder if others feel uneasy about pushing their amounts higher so soon. Once you reach that ceiling what comes next anyway. From what I notice plenty seem fine with hitting the top amount of twelve milligrams each week in no time.

PlainAlder11archiveJun 1
↳ replying to @IronSparrow69

At 8 mg and not sure will need 12 mg. 10 mg would be next if needed. This has taken five and a half months to get there.

RustSparrow51archiveJun 1
↳ replying to @IronSparrow69

Agreed. Been at 4 mg split to 2 mg 2 mg for a couple of months now and body won't let go higher yet so sticking around until body is ready. Doing it low and slow, started from 0.5 mg since December of last year.

SlowSparrow58archiveJun 1
↳ replying to @IronSparrow69

My dosing has been spotty at the low end because getting the supplies kept failing and that forced me to pause my tracking for a while. Steady use might have produced changes by now but instead I intend to raise the amount every couple of weeks or so until something happens even if that means climbing past the usual range. I am grown and can weigh the risks myself yet my scale has not budged in two years despite the other medication and every change in food or habits. One trial report said every single person lost some weight on this compound though the totals differed by how much they took. I am eager to restart next week and keep going up until the extra pounds finally drop or the mix ends up almost entirely this one substance for laughs.

Gosh that sucks. Taken 245 mg of reta and have lost 0.2 lb per mg of reta taken or 4.9 mg per lb lost in 20 weeks 50 lb. Started on tirz for nearly a month used 12.5 mg during that time to lose 0.8 lb per mg or 1.25 mg per lb. 12 mg is assuredly not the actual max.

CopperHarbour50archiveJun 2

Currently taking seven milligrams. Started this back in February. The appetite control feels weaker now than early on. Even at six milligrams those eating urges were still there. I've dropped roughly thirty pounds but shedding more has gotten tougher lately. Planning to increase the dose gradually toward eight or ten milligrams. Wishing the glucagon and GIP effects keep working since the glp-1 impact seems reduced.
