Your protocol,
tracked to the microgram.
Log every dose, watch your estimated levels move in real time, and ask questions answered by three brains at once — the research, the community, and your own data. The calculators are just the front door.
Grounded in the research, what the community reports, and your own logs.
Three brains. One answer you can trust.
Most trackers give you a chart and leave you to Google the rest. Zyra Track answers your questions from three separate sources of knowledge — and never blurs them together. It's AI with receipts: every answer shows which brain it came from, source by source.
The published literature
Full papers and drug labels, fetched and indexed per compound by a pipeline that runs every day — the evidence base, cited so you can read the source.
Real lived experience
Tens of thousands of first-hand reports harvested and cleaned from the community — always labelled as reports, not advice, never presented as fact.
Your own protocol
Your doses, levels, adherence and labs — so an answer isn't generic, it's about you. Private to you, and never used to train anything.
Ask once. Answered from all three.
Type a real question and Zyra pulls from every brain at once — the science for evidence, the community for what people actually do, your own logs for what fits your protocol. When an answer describes a protocol, one tap hands it to the builder.
Chang 2011 — accelerated tendon-to-bone healing (+2 papers)
Report: 250 mcg 2×/day near-site is commonly cited · 84 reports
BPC-157 · daily · 92% adherence this week
The tedious parts, read by camera.
The AI does the data entry and the watching — you stay the one deciding. And when it answers, it shows its sources.
Label → inventory
Point the camera at a vial label — compound and strength are parsed and filed into your inventory in one shot.
Photo or PDF → trend
Snap a lab report or drop the PDF — markers, values and dates are extracted straight into your biomarker charts.
Your logs, read daily
Insights from your own data — adherence drift, level dips, streaks worth keeping — surfaced on the dashboard before you'd go looking.
Three taps to a clearer protocol.
No spreadsheets, no guesswork. Set it up once and Zyra does the math from there.
Log your dose
Add a compound and log each shot in seconds — or let a scheduled reminder do the prompting for you.
Watch your levels
Every entry redraws a real pharmacokinetic curve — scrub it, switch ranges, and see the plan-aware forecast of where you're heading.
Ask anything
Get answers grounded in the research, the community, and your own data — with every source shown.
Protocols, built the way people actually run them.
Five steps — compound, dose, when, shape & duration, review — and beside every one, what the community and the research actually report. You bring the compound; the app never suggests a substance, and nothing is saved until you finish.
Dose distributions from 79,000+ community voices and the papers — with the counts shown, and honest silence where the corpus is empty.
1 mg → 2 mg Mon–Fri, taper down over 16 weeks, 8-on-4-off — real shapes, not just “daily”.
Type 500 mg where the reported median is 500 mcg and the distribution flags it — before it becomes your protocol.
Every protocol stores what the corpus said the day you built it — so when the reports move later, the app can show you what changed.
See what's actually in you.
Every dose you log redraws a real pharmacokinetic curve — per compound, on its own scale, against its own steady-state line. Scrub any point to read it; toggle your plan against if you stop. Other trackers project decay; Zyra’s forecast carries your protocol’s scheduled doses.
Estimated active level, steady-state, and a forecast that carries your protocol's scheduled doses.
Phase-aware plans — titrations and ramps included — that turn into prompts on your schedule.
Days of runway, reorder alerts, expiry, lab trends, and cost per dose.
One language, edge to edge.
Not just a pretty dashboard. The same considered design runs through every screen you'll actually use — logging, planning, asking, tracking.
A cited monograph for every compound.
Mechanism, evidence, half-life, typical protocols and cautions — written from the literature by a pipeline that fetches new papers every day, and linked back to the source. The research brain, made readable.
BPC-157
Promotes angiogenesis and tendon-to-bone healing; upregulates growth-factor receptors and modulates the nitric-oxide system.
Short systemic half-life — the basis for split daily dosing. computed · cited
Chang 2011Sikiric 2018+18 papers
Evidence is predominantly preclinical. For tracking and education — never a dosing recommendation.
The calculators that got you here.
The same tested engine that powers the app — run in your browser, your numbers never leave the page. Free, forever.
Vial → exact draw
Peptide, water, and dose in — concentration, the exact U-100 units to draw, and doses per vial out.
Cited decay curves
Real computed half-lives with the source, and time-to-clear for every compound.
mg → units, mapped
Every common vial size and water volume, converted to exact U-100 syringe units. Printable.
Depth where serious tracking needs it.
No feature tiers. Every plan gets everything — the things power users ask for, built in, not bolted on.
Real PK modelling per compound — active level, steady-state, scrub-to-read, and a plan-aware forecast.
Research + community + your data, answered together with sources shown — and a straight path into the builder.
Log panels, chart the trend, and see biomarkers move against your protocol.
Compose any schedule — doses, phases, titration, ramps, cycles — with what people report beside every step.
Dose and reorder prompts that mirror your protocol’s real schedule, phase by phase.
A body map that tracks sites so you never overuse the same spot.
See exactly which doses landed — consistency is your biggest lever.
Days of runway per vial, expiry alerts, and a warning before you run dry.
Cost per dose and monthly spend, tallied automatically as you log.

Free while we build. Everything included.
Every feature, no card, no charges — until the founding period ends on November 23. What you track is what shapes the app: that's the deal, and it's the whole deal. Founding members are only made during the founding period. Before it ends we'll tell you what comes next — nothing changes without you choosing it.
Free during the founding period — no card · Ask Zyra includes 50 questions a month; everything else is unlimited · your data is always yours to export.
Good questions.
Is Zyra Track medical advice?
No. Zyra Track is a tracking and education tool. It never tells you what to take or how much — estimated levels are models, the research is cited so you can read it yourself, and any decision belongs between you and a clinician.
Is it really free?
Yes. During the founding period the whole app is free: no card, no charges, nothing to cancel. Before the founding period ends we'll tell you what comes next — nothing changes without you choosing it.
Are there usage limits?
One: Ask Zyra answers up to 50 questions a month — plenty for daily use, and it keeps answers fast for everyone. Tracking, levels, protocols, calculators, labs and reminders are unlimited.
Where do the community reports come from?
They're harvested and cleaned from public discussion, then labelled as reports, not advice — always kept separate from the peer-reviewed research so you know exactly which brain an answer came from.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your doses, levels and labs are yours — synced to your account so it's the same on every device, exportable whenever you want, and never sold or used to train anything.
Which compounds are supported?
62 and growing — GLP-1s and metabolic peptides, healing and recovery compounds, TRT and ancillaries, nootropics and more — plus custom compounds you define yourself. Missing one? Ask and we'll research it.
Does it work offline?
Zyra Track runs in your browser on an instant on-device cache, and your account keeps every device in sync. You need a connection to sign in and sync; a native app with full offline support is on the roadmap.
What if I need help?
Settings → Support opens a direct message thread with the team — a human reads every message and replies in the app and by email, usually within a day. Or email support@zyratrack.com.
