Why do some compounds have a half-life page and others do not?
A half-life page is only built where a primary source reports one. Many research peptides have no published human pharmacokinetic study, so publishing a half-life for them would mean inventing a number. Those compounds get a written overview instead, and the index marks which is which.
What do the evidence labels mean?
Each compound carries the evidence level of its overview: approved (a regulator has approved it), clinical (tested in humans), preclinical (animal or cell studies only), or concept (mechanism and theory, little direct data). The label describes the strength of the evidence base, not a recommendation.
