Being at the far side of things, I stick with eating only animal products. Others tend to say modifying meals works. I take in all protein items first before other stuff. Without doing that I risk not having sufficient amounts. Dropping muscle mass from using those medicines occurs frequently. I also do some lifting activities.
I've been wondering about managing protein intake during periods of reduced hunger from GLP-1 medications. Meeting my daily protein goals usually comes without much effort, yet I anticipate challenges on those occasions when hunger is low and eating feels unappealing. Have others adjusted their food selections to simplify reaching protein amounts, or do they maintain their standard eating patterns?
