On a mission! Great work!
Starting with a shirt on I weighed 278.8 pounds the day I began Reta on June 16th. I have trained every day since then with 21 heavy sets plus an hour of cardio and sometimes two hours. This week I reached 233.2 pounds.
One user reports dropping from 278.8 lb to 233.2 lb since mid-June while training daily with 21 heavy sets and 1-2 hours of cardio. On a mission! Great work!
Got home to Montreal after spending time in Toronto. The dining scene there really impressed me.
Way to go on that huge progress! Looks fantastic. Have you adjusted what you eat, or has it just been the gym and Reta?
You're crushing this hard, buddy! That expression turned into my latest go-to because it fits you perfectly. Sweet! 👍
I stuck to a tight eating plan hitting two hundred grams of protein every day. That focus helped preserve muscle while I cut. My main sources were chicken a few times weekly, salmon or basa now and then, plus lean beef tacos once a week. Mornings started with boiled eggs, oats mixed with apple chunks, and black coffee. I bumped the eggs up to five lately. Each day I mixed a shake for seventy grams of protein with yogurt and a banana. I skipped precise calorie counts because I know my energy needs well, but tracking protein stayed my top priority. Carbs never worried me since rice and plenty of vegetables stayed on the menu.
Great work, Mate!
Ugh, my portions feel way too small lately. Hoping to pack on muscle and look defined.
