After that long without training it's normal to feel weak. The deficit plus restarting both play a part. Stick with consistent sessions for at least two weeks before changing anything big. The main suggestion right now is to raise daily carbs a bit or at least have more an hour or two before training. I also tire fast in a deficit, especially if sleep was poor the night before. Went back to the gym yesterday after a long time away. Started running again two weeks ago and that felt fine, so figured it was time to lift again. It's been over a year, almost two, since the last session, so I know rebuilding will take a while. The calorie deficit stood out right away.
